Dr. Denvir and staff were exceptional. They all were kind, professional, I felt well taken care of. My exam went well as did the selection of glasses.

Everyone was so nice. I haven't been to an eye doctor in over 10 years. Not only did the man who checked me in explain everything, the man who did my pre exam was super, super sweet. He made me feel really comfortable and at ease as we went through everything. He answered all my questions promptly and in detail. Best part? He listened. He listened when I said something and then asked questions to get more information. He didn't write me off like all the other doctors I've been to.
Then the actual optometrist was professional and quick. He was really knowledgeable as well and, wonders of wonders, listened when I brought up a concern and gave me as much information as he could to help me resolve it.
I had to get glasses. The lady that helped me was absolutely wonderful and knew what she was doing as well.
All in all, a wonderful place to go and I so happy I chose it. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I spent my time there looking for new lenses with Evelyn, she was so so wonderful and helpful. She was very kind and kept up with my indecisiveness, she made it her goal to make sure I was happy and I can’t wait to see her again!

Amazing experience!!
Evelyn was so kind and offered help picking out glasses that just felt like a genuine interaction and made me feel comfortable asking for opinions on lenses that would look good on me! Very funny and extremely knowledgeable about lenses, promotions, and insurance!
Jason had called me back yesterday after I left a voicemail and gave me advice on how I can get the best value utilizing my insurance. When I was in there today he also called my insurance and I heard him express his gratitude to whoever was on the phone with him and he complimented how quick and helpful they were. Jason taking the time to express that gratitude probably made that stranger’s day a little better!
You have some wonderful people working here and, as comfortable as I used to be with the office in the Columbus that I went to for my very first pair of glasses, I feel even more comfortable here! Amazing job(:

My lens popped out last night. This morning I went to my regular eye doctor, but, they were closed. I stopped into MyEyeDr. I was greeted right away and they took my glasses and fixed them. I was in and out in under 15 minutes and no charge. Clean facility, very friendly staff great service .

I have been to this office twice, and will not return. I had a 9am appointment, and in the email it says to get there 10 minutes before your appointment. Door is locked at 8:50/8:55. Don't tell me to get their early to then have the door locked.The person checking me in is rude. Can't blame it on having a "long" day when you're the first appointment. I then have to wait 25 minutes in the patient room. Once again, the first appointment and not sure why I'm having to wait so long. Dr. Denver is fairly nice, but doesn't explain anything. At the end, I'm having to ask did everything look okay because nothing has been explained during my appointment. The only person who was friendly is the woman selling the glasses at the front.Overall, just a poor experience. For how many locations and optometrists in Bloomington, there's no reason to return to this location. I wouldn't recommend.

The doctor doesn’t seem to thoroughly examine you he doesn’t give you much information he doesn’t have very good people skills! They aren’t very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’m not sure I’d choose this location again. Initially, I called to make an appointment, I left a voicemail and didn’t hear back from someone for 5 days. My actual exam was fine, I ordered contacts but my glasses were supposed to be in a week ago and they still haven’t arrived. I sort of wonder for the cost we paid, if another location might have a better selection and service? Maybe not.

I had been going to this office for a few years and was fine with them. They weren't particularly timely and were more expensive than they should have been, but they were friendly. The lady that helps pick out frames and checks you out is amazing, and the tech is a nice guy who remembers the patients.However, this last year has been fraught with problems: prescriptions being so wrong they cause nausea and dizziness; ordering different brands of contacts rather than re-measuring that new perscription after telling the office about these issues; not being notified when these trial contacts arrived; being told to deal with less than perfect vision because of a complex eye issue and the aforementioned contacts not working. I'll be choosing a different optometrist who provides better patient care and customer service for my next eye appointment.This office would be fine if you have naturally good vision or don't have any complex/complicated/out-of-the-ordinary eye issues.

I ordered contacts which I wore before many many years ago. I just waisted three trying to get them in. I don't think they should just hand them to you and send you on your way. It was the receptionist who waited on me. I feel like I just threw away 130.00 for the contact exam.
