I did not have a good experience at the College Mall Rd office. I have been wearing contacts and glasses for over 20 years and have always gone to IU Atwater and decided to switch simply because of the time commitment at IU for exams. I went to this office on 5/16 for an exam and the plan was for me to switch my monthly contacts to daily. The doc gave me a trial package to try. The trial package did not work so I called their office on the morning 5/23 to ask for a different brand that she wanted me to try if the first pair didn't work out. Never received a call back that day (which I was told I would) then it was Memorial Day weekend so I had to wait until the following Tuesday to see what was going on and the doctor never even received my message from the week prior. So again, i had to wait for approval from Dr. to get the other daily's. I finally got the other daily's which also didn't work, after calling back and talking to Dr. Brunk myself we discovered that she had written my script WRONG. So it wasn't the contacts it was the script! I understand that mistakes happen, but it is all of the other terrible service from this office as a whole that is guiding this review. I finally said forget the daily's I want to go back to my monthly, again was told I had to wait for the doctor to approve. It is now July 5 and I still have NO CONTACTS!!!!! They supposedly ordered my monthly's 2 weeks ago. They are saying it's the manufacturers issue, which i also understand but taking 2 months to even get my order placed is not a manufacturing issue. I already paid them over $400 to order my contacts and have NOTHING.

My experience at My eye doctor was the worst although Dr Brunck was awesome the gentleman working the reception desk was very unprofessional and somewhat rude at times he told me it was mandatory to take a test that wasn’t covered by my insurance and I came to find out that wasn’t true and then he took the glasses that I did have and said he needed to adjust them which I never asked him to do and he broke them and ended up being rude to me about that I think his name was Jason so I’m without any glasses until my new ones come in

I just started at this location today and it was a great experience. Dr. Brunck was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She was welcoming, answered my questions and educated me like no other Optometrist before.

I had just ordered two boxes of contacts on a Tuesday. They said it could take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. The very next day, I ripped one of the last contacts that I had. (Of course that would happen!) I walked into their office that very morning without an appointment, and they hooked me up with a pair of trial lenses so that I wouldn’t be without while waiting for mine to come in. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had this exact thing happen to me at the last eye doctor that I went to, and the staff made me feel like I was putting them out, and that they were super annoyed with me. I was honestly prepared to possibly receive that same reaction here, but I got the exact opposite of that. Thank you for helping me get through this past week with two working eyeballs!!!

First time I went there they adjusted my glasses and did not charge me anything, I was so pleased that when I got a pair of Bose prescription sunglasses I returned and again they did a fantastic job. The staff is friendly and very expert. Once again I had to get my eyes examined and was very pleased with the results and my eyeglass adjustment. They are just good and reasonably priced. I'm a customer for good.

I had the absolute best experience here. From the front office staff to Dr. Brunck everyone was professional, relatable, and kind.Dr. B listened to my concerns and put me at ease, the gal who went over the options for my glasses was experienced and willing to go over my price points with me, and the gentleman at the front desk is knowledgeable and helpful.I got my new glasses and I've been headache free for 4 days now!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff and doctor; had an emergency issue where I needed some contacts ASAP until I could get my new shipment from my hometown doctor the following week and they fixed me right up, awesome people!

One of the techs was incredibly rude to the patients in the waiting room last time I went for no apparent reason... I was also told that my prescription didn't change, which must be impossible because I'm still having trouble seeing with my glasses. I think I'll switch to a different location after my last experience here.

Excellent experience from start to finish. (Forgive me if I get the names wrong)Jason, Angela, Dr B and Stephanie worked to keep me informed and comfortable during my check in, annual eye exam and check out. Great place, high tech, loads of parking in the Kroger Gucci lot, definitely recommend.
