Travis the distract manager helped me and he went out of his way to do everything he could.. the only complaint I have is they didn't have a replacement modem there in stock. Overall very helpful and would highly recommend.

Eric and his T-mobile rep Brandon really listened and took care of my issue. I appreciate their hard work as Eric waited on hold for hours for a supervisor.

When the website and the sign in the window of the store say they're open 10-6 today, that's what you expect. Not to be locked at 2:30 and no one answering the phone.

They were super helpful had my new phone ready and in the bag, but with my bad lucki wasn't able to get the money I needed. So now I feel upset that I wasn't able to get the phone. Great atmosphere and helpful staff for sure.

The absolute worst phone cellular service I've ever owned in highly populated cities it will drop service multiple times a day. It takes sometimes 4 to 5 minutes to send a text message. This company is not fit to run my 2-year-old's play phone

They lied to me about a gift card. I’ve paid my bill on time and even early to get this gift card and it never showed up. I bought the phone on false promises.

There's two metros in this town.. definitely go to this one. I caught the owner of the other store drunk when I went in to get my phone fixed. Dude could barely stand there. Looked like a early 50s middle easterner. AVOID THIS GUY!!

It was not informed to all the information needed to make a decision on which plan to initially start. After I asked to change to the plan that I wanted I was told that I would be charged again for the service and would not be reimbursed the difference in the initial cost. I was also told that I would not receive the device that I had traded in back. They also put the protection plan on my account when I had told them I did not want the protection plan. In the store I was not informed very well of the differences in the plan. When I tried to contact customer service it was very difficult for me to get any kind of answers. And even though it is not my fault I'm not on the plan that I had told them I wanted and was overcharged, I am not going to be reimbursed and will be charged to switch over to the plan that I told them I wanted initially. I feel very dissatisfied and would not suggest MetroPCS. As soon as I can I will be switching to another carrier

Customer service agent was disrespectful,rude,inconsistent as well as the so called manager they will tell you a good tale to buy but once you have problems deny deny deny! Very unprofessional a matter a fact so much so called better business bururea! Do not go there!

Horrible customer service. I did not have a mask prior to entry into the store. Associate working was HATEFUL! They did not have masks available for there customers.associate also told me not to get grabby when he handed me the pen to sign the receipt. He also told the person I was with to hurry on ip out of there store! We definitely won't be using there service after this month! Your employees need a lesson in customer service.
