Store ordered the incorrect doors for us. They were very difficult to deal and tried to tell us that it was our fault they ordered the wrong doors (despite having paperwork in front of them). We were not refunded for the doors that we never received. Very frustrating experience.

Alex in flooring was a super help to me. Very kind. Found what I was looking for quickly. On the other hand, when I picked up my order, I requested help since it was heavy. I believe his tag said TC. He acted like I was bothering him. Never said a word. Put it in my car and walked away, expressionless. Not a good look.

Everything you need, I would love to have a shopping spree here. Literally everything a person needs other than make up and panty hose.

Long time customer at Menards but that's about to change. Not worth it! We wanted to purchase some treated lumber to repair our deck. Paid for it and we're told "its in the yard in the building", which building?. Person at the gate says "its in the building" We enter a building and search for 2 x 8 x 10', treated lumber, of course they are on a second floor, up a flight of stairs and it says "self serve". I am 66, my husband is 69, with 2 artificial hips. We are not helpless but this was alot of up and down carrying big heavy boards. I said, wait, I'll go ask for help. I ask person #1, inside he says "I'll have to call for help", no one shows up. 2nd person on fork truck, says "I'll have to get someone, I have to go" and jumps off and literally runs inside. 3rd guy I ask willingly comes to help us, he slid them down, we carried to the trailer. We asked a 4th guy where the bags of cement are, he says he'll meet us with them, he vanished, we loaded the cement. Asked 5th person where metal shingles were, he couldn't even tell us. As we were pulling out, I see person #1 and yell, thanks for getting us some help, he just smiled. POOR, POOR, POOR! I cant even call it poor customer service because there was none!

I love menards you can find the most interesting things there. Whether it's food, decor, trees, plants, and everything else. They have it! Very fun to shop there. I'm especially happy they have the 11% rebate back!

Store is great and never had a problem until recently. There’s an employee or “supervisor” that I witnessed being extremely rude to other Menards workers and belittling them in front of customers. I believe her name was Klaire. It was not professional at all and made a bad impression. I’ve also been told by other people that have witnessed instances like this as well. I thought it should be handled accordingly so it doesn’t affect the business of the store or become an even bigger issue with some of the employees. I hope this issue can be resolved.

Great selection, fairly easy to find what you're looking for. Thankfully, they don't move the store around to just keep their people busy!

I enjoy visiting Menard’s every time I come to Indiana. I am from Texas, and this is a great store. However, we had our dog with us on this trip. I was very disappointed to see the sign on the door not welcoming dogs. We did not go in because of this, and it is doubtful that we will visit again, especially since since the Home Depot and Lowe’s welcome pets with open arms.

Good prices on most things. Gotta love the rebates. Same store layout at every location so it's easier to find what you're looking for.
