“This past 6 months I would rate Lincare Bloominton an F. Example, two weeks ago I order 6 C-tanks on Wednesday for a Friday delivery. Friday morning got a text saying the tanks would be delivered. Waited all day, no delivery hence no tanks. The next Wednesday was busy with Thanksgiving preparations and forgot to call so no tanks on “Black Friday”. The following Wednesday called for the 6 tanks to be delivered on Friday. No problem and would put a note to say it has to be delivered. Come Friday, no delivery by 4pm, called office but got national call office. She said she would do what she could but no promises. No tanks. The nice person who works for Lincare at the hospital called and she brought me a cart for the large tank I had for when electricity goes out in case I really needed to leave. She doesn’t work on Monday, but on Tuesday will go and get me the 6 tanks and bring them to me. She gets a 10 star rating.”

“The best DME provider for people with complex mobility needs!I am a power wheelchair user who has been a customer of Anderson’s for many years. They are by far the best medical equipment company I have ever worked with when it comes to service and support. They return calls promptly, are knowledgeable about the products they sell, and genuinely care about their customers.Getting a new wheelchair takes a long time. That’s not Anderson‘s fault or any other company, it’s our broken healthcare system and lousy insurance companies. Anderson’s is great at keeping me updated regarding the insurance approval process, and they work hard to minimize delays. They also work with other funding sources such as vocational rehabilitation to ensure I can get the equipment I need. I have a power chair I love thanks to Anderson's.Most notably, Anderson has always been outstanding on occasions when my wheelchair needed repairs. They have come to my home to help me in urgent situations and I’ve never been left stranded. I send people to Anderson’s all the time when I find out they’ve been waiting weeks or months for some other DME company to fix their chair. Note that if your insurance didn't buy your equipment through them, you'll probably have to pay for repairs out-of-pocket, but again, this is due to your insurance's rules and not Anderson's.If you are a power wheelchair user or any person with a disability, I highly recommend Anderson’s for your medical supply needs.”
