The guys diagnosed my failing Honda CRV starter over the phone, then confirmed that this was the reason that our car would only sometimes start. In August 2024 we took our 2008 Challenger SRT to Mason Automotive. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Prior to that we took the car to 3 shops as well as the dealership. No one was able to diagnose the problem. Good job guys, I'm impressed and it's hard to impress an old shade tree mechanic. ~Ron
