Horrible customer service. I bought an expensive vibrator and when the cashier tested to see if it works (because they are LIABLE to sell WORKING products and there are no returns), I didn't see or hear it vibrate but I didn't want to accuse her of that so I thought if I tried it in my car on the property and it didn't work I could go back in and exchange it still. It in fact did NOT vibrate and would NOT charge and the sales clerk wouldn't give me a refund or exchange the product. Proceeded to raise her voice, take things personally, AND CONTINUOUSLY LIE THAT IT WORKED WHEN SHE TRIED IT. The manager was incapable of handling the situation. The situation being, me wanting some kind of remediation for GETTING SOLD A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT WORK. All because a worker couldn't tell the truth and I was assuming the best.

Tremendous store! Lots of great products and a very friendly and helpful staff. Tuck, the amazing salesgirl is very knowledgeable. She impreseed me at how quickly she knew found the products that I was searching for. I will recommend this place! Thank you

The cashier/clerk was extremely rude. Unhelpful is a understatement. I've been a customer here for decades, and even a former employee long ago, and it's Really sad I will be driving across town and paying triple the price at the other adult store in town.

I've shopped there several times over the past 12 yrs. Always satisfied with items I purchased. There were a couple of times in the past with a rude cashier or a drunk or idiot from the video booths in the back. But overall I've been happy. During pandemic when open they were very helpful and courteous. Are the private viewing booths or the video booths ever opening back up?

Used to be a great place when they had the arcade now its just another worthless overpriced shop. You can get better quality items online at a cheaper price. Without the arcade they wont last long.

Before the Pandemic, it was fun to shop in there. Enjoyed adult videos & socializing with other customers in the back area. I hope to see more people coming back & enjoying the place again in the near future.

They sell products that won’t work for more than 2 weeks. Cheap stuff, and sell it for a high price. Won’t be coming back. Every time I’ve been there I am dissatisfied

I just visited this past Saturday to find products to make intimacy with my long term partner more pleasurable for the both of us, as I have an interesting condition that makes intimacy a bit painful. The cashier was extremely helpful and open about what she thought would best suit my situation, she definitely made it easy to share what I was looking for, and the products she recommended are top notch. We will definitely be back in the future!
