We bought our first new couch here a couple days ago, they were super friendly as soon as you walk into the door and make you feel comfortable. They do not hover but are open to any question you may have. Also I was shocked at how good the prices were! They mentioned they are always having sales which was nice and took some money off our total. We payed just a small amount for them to deliver to our house and the delivery drivers were just as awesome!

I will NEVER buy furniture from anywhere but here again !! This place has the best furniture and the owners and workers are extremely nice AND helpful !! It is hard to find good quality and great prices on furniture anymore on top of the kindness you instantly feel walking through the doors here !

They were incredible from the moment we stepped in the door. They allowed us to look without hovering but checked on us often enough we felt they truly wanted to be helpful. They answered questions, were personable and they had the best prices we had seen for sectionals. Delivery took two days, and when they delivered it was discovered the manufacturer had labeled a piece incorrectly which led to one of the pieces being the wrong color. They were apologetic and arranged to bring the right piece at a time convenient for us. In the meantime they left the incorrect colored piece so we could still use our couch and told us to use it as we normally would. Very impressed with this company and we will be doing more business with them!

The people at Long's Landing have ALWAYS been eager to help, I'm excited go get the sofa I was looking for. And it's always a pleasure doing business with them. Family owned and operated, and that shows very nicely! They have any furniture you need. A lot of people think it's used furniture, but it's not. If you want something they don't have, they will order what you want. Best quality and service out there, hands down.

Good selection of dressers. They didn't have many dining tables though. The delivery men moved the furniture into my bedroom with no fuss.

Horrible experience. The furniture was junk from the beginning. The love seat mechanism bent within the first couple months. It took them 2 months to get the new mechanism, then they sent a guy out that had no clue how to install and he bent that mechanism trying to do the install. They finally decided to give me a new love seat. The new one shows up broken, I watch them try to fix it in my driveway. Then we finally get one that wasn't broken and the mechanism still isn't right, it hits the frame every time you open the recliner. We also bought a matching couch from them and the fabric has not held up at all. They won't warranty the couch and are saying it was because of our dog when it was not. The guys who came out and accessed the tear in the couch had no clue what they where looking at and they even advised me to make the rip bigger so that the owner would warranty it. I have tried to be as honest as possible and just wanted what I paid for. If I could go back I would definitely go elsewhere. We are not happy with the product or the customer service at all.

I bought an Ashley electric reclining sofa from Long’s landing about a year ago. They delivered it professionally and I had no issues. Then recently the motors were super slow on both sides. I called up Long’s Landing and they walked me through a few basic troubleshooting steps. They were at the house the NEXT DAY to replace the wall wart. I could not be happier with Long’s Landing, and I know they stand behind their products!

I love Longs Landing! We’ve been happy customers for more than 20 years. Brad is so knowledgeable! Great service, great prices. We bought a sectional 13 years ago from Longs & were very happy but were finally ready to make a change. We shopped around town & never found what we wanted. We finally stopped at Longs & within 30 minutes ordered a new one & then a mattress & a chair ?. They are always great to deal with. Highly recommend. If they don’t have it they’ll order it. Also their delivery was RIGHT ON TIME. The delivery crew took their time & were so careful. We sure appreciated that! ??????

I’ve shopped here quite a few times over the years. I enjoy what I presume to be father and son owners, good service and prices. Having recently purchased a recliner and outdoor furniture set, I was left frustrated by the delivery process. I had furniture delivered from three local furniture stores on the same day, and Longs Landing was by far the worst experience of the three (and coincidentally the only one that charged $50 for delivery). The two individuals who delivered where in a hurry and pretty much took every shortcut possible with assembling our new furniture. The legs on the recliner did not line up as they were supposed to (took some modification on my part to fix) and the outdoor set is loose and wobbly due to only partial assembly (barely hand tight).I’m sure delivery personnel are hard to find, hire, etc. these days, but given the delivery charge, I’d hope they could attract, train and supervise a better crew. My advice, still a great store to shop, but DO NOT let the delivery crew rush off (and they will) until you have looked everything over.

We bought 2 recliner couches from longs landing. Both of them didn’t work properly we also found baby toys in the cushions so they where also used. One of the couches broke completely to where you can’t recline in it within a week of having them. We called them to let them know about the broken couch. They sent someone out to inspect it and he said there is no fixing it. Months of this going on never getting a call from them. We finally got ahold of the owner who is the dad of the company told us they would give us the money back. Took the receipt to them and the son said he would not give us the money back because we threw it away when we already told them that we did. He said whoever you talked to doesn’t know how business is done there.
