Fantastic workers that value their customers and are always pleasant to be around. They do a great job with directly interacting with the customers’ prescribers, to help lessen the client’s responsibilities. Very wonderful people, that are always great to be around. Thank you all!And to the customers, I recommend showing your appreciation with a smile or a thank you, for all the hard work that they do to make the refilling process easier on you, it really goes a long way. ❤️

A great pharmacy! Hardworking technicians, knowledgeable pharmacy manager, convenient location. While there are quite a few negative reviews for this location, here are some tips to improve your experience:1. Read your text messages and listen to the voicemails the pharmacy provides to you2. Take some time to research your prescription insurance plan, understand the coverage, limitations, formulary exceptions, etc.3. Be cognizant of times in your life when you may need to receive medication early and coordinate with your health care provider (vacations, trips, etc. - you alone are ultimately responsible for your health)4. Adhere to medication pick up times to the greatest extent possible. Remember, pharmacies fill hundreds of scrips per day, efficiency is a two-way street5. Always be kind and respectful - I guarantee whatever issue you are having will be more quickly addressed if you approach the issue the some grace

0 stars they don't have white cupcakes with whipped frosting only chocolate. Very disappointing they should fix this.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They’ve had the drive through window closed for months now with passive aggressive notes taped to it saying they will close the window permanently if people ‘misbehave’. With a COVID pandemic, flu season, and RSV running rampant the last thing they should be doing is closing the window and making people walk to the other side of the store to pick up their meds. My husband tried bringing this to the ‘managers’ attention and he flat out said he’s 500 prescriptions behind because he wanted to take a vacation before he put in his two weeks notice. He said he really didn’t care and it wasn’t his problem. What a joke! Also, calling corporate does no good. My husband has been on the phone with them (still is) for over 30 minutes and continues to get the run around. Hey Kroger, if you can’t manage the pharmacy business, don’t have one!!

phone was ringing the pharmacy for 30+ minutes, until I decided to hang up and try reaching them later. not sure why this place always has issues. have been dealing with them for years at this point but they are truly the worst. congrats

I have great experiences here with management, pharmacy & shopping. It's not the bougie Kroger on the East side but you'll find what you need. Download the app and link your Kroger card to get the best deals when you clip digital coupons. I took away one star because I think the sushi selection should be broader with poke bowls and more salmon & tuna sashimi. The meat department has superb service. Ask about deals. Great deals on cakes. Flowers are nice too.

I’ve put off rating this pharmacy bc I was giving them some grace due to covid. At this point it’s just terrible business practice on the part of Kroger that seems to be the issue—drive through is constantly closed with signs that say condescending things like “don’t ring the bell, we can see you,” and “if you continue to misbehave we’ll be forced to close,” AND “we’re short staffed so please be understanding.” Are you kidding me?! Kroger, cough up more money to pay GOOD people who come to work and exhibit professionalism.

Staff works very hard to meet customer needs- even when they are short staffed.

Was told before they closed for lunch that I could come back in 15 minutes with plenty of time and I could get my script for my 5 year old. They then closed early at 12:50 so I could not pick it up..they knew they had a script to be picked up. The manger could only apologize while I have my slumped over sick kid on my hip…telling me they closed at 1:00 when I showed him I did get there before 1 because that’s the time it was at the end of our conversation.. just disappointing I sat in the drive-up their whole lunch waiting for them to come back on time with my sick kid in the back seat..

I hate this pharmacy. Even fully staffed now they close so freaking early. Before it was we can't stay open later because we're short staffed. Now theirs a ton of people working there and we close at 6 and 7? Some people don't even get off work til 6 ?
