I've worked in pharmacy for 8 years and I have consistently had the absolute worst care at this pharmacy. They're understaffed, rude, and never have stock. Cost cutting efforts are affecting patient outcomes and that's a problem. This final straw was an a medication was out of stock and I was not notified.

Rude and incompetent. Needed to pick up pain medicine for my spouse after surgery. Called to confirm before leaving the hospital. They had received the doctor’s order and did not fill the prescription because the medication was out of stock (not their fault), but did not let us know 5 days ago when the order was placed. Doctor is scrambling to send the prescription somewhere else as we are about to LEAVE the hospital. Glad I called to check, even though pharmacy technician hung up on me and I had to call twice.

easily the worst experience one can have at a pharmacy, a total waste of time. I’m constantly finding myself making multiple trips to pickup the same script when theres a problem, which is often, and the staff is irritating and rude as a result. You will likely find yourself troubleshooting problems anytime you visit this pharmacy. Don’t expect them to offer you a solution that doesn’t involve coming back tomorrow.

Been coming here for many years. Kevin the pharmacist is awesome, kind and friendly. And there was this fella Luke who was really kind. But lately the staff there has had a lot of attitude, have been unkind and insensitive to our requests and needs. Every time I ask a question they act like it's a huge inconvenience, and when I ask why it's taking A WEEK to refill my prescription they basically tell me they are out of stock and I need to deal with it. All of this just tells me that they are severely mismanaged. Their single purpose is to provide the medication people need when the need it. That's literally their job, and they are unable to perform it, and then get angry with you about it. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because Kevin rules.

I went to the Jackson Creek Kroger pharmacy to pick up my medcine at 2:30pm on a Thursday. They were closed! No sign, no nothing - just closed! How unprofessional. I guess I really didn't need those life-saving meds...

Lady was Very rude and unwelcoming and not helpful waited over a week to fill a prescription never filled it went with Walmart.

I went to pick up a prescription that I've picked up from this pharmacy multiple times in the past, but it seems that the prescription was transferred, unknown to me, to another Kroger pharmacy. The pharmacy tech also said that they didn't even have my phone number on file and was generally rude while I tried to puzzle out why I received text messages from a Kroger pharmacy that reputedly did not have my number on file. Very poor customer service from the girl behind the counter. I will not bring my business back there.
