tried to transfer a script because they decided to raise the price by $125. rude when called and asking what the hell happened with my very important medicine. acted like i’m the problem when they never even sent the script. horrible service over phone or online. i feel bad for the people at the front, because they’re very nice. the pharmacists are the worst ever i think

I actually do not get my medicine at this Kroger anymore.. One reason is because they NEVER HAVE my medicine I need always have it sent someplace else.... Second main reason is of the female pharmacy tech (main person in charge) older lady actually LIED to me... The Martinsville emergency room sent my son's medicine by accident to Bloomington.... Martinsville lied told me told me Bloomington was CLOSED and they would fill it for me but would CHARGE me even though I had insurance....... I went out my car because something did feel right and personally called Bloomington Kroger pharmacy and THEY WERE OPENED said they had my son's medicine!!!! I then proceeded to to ask the pharmacist doctor why she lied to me when I am dealing with a sick child...... She then tries tell me they tried calling Bloomington Kroger but NOBODY answered but that is NOT what she told me, she said THEY were closed and tries charge me for a prescription that my insurance should cover since I have insurance but insurance wouldn't cover it she claimed!!!!!....... I was just released from emergency room trying to get medicine for a child and this how an older lady main person on that shift and that's how she treated me....... I went to Bloomington Kroger and they gave me my son's stuff and my insurance covered it....... I will never go this pharmacy again ... They r liars....

Another great pharmacy. Cheerful, no waiting for prescriptions to be filled.

What's for lunch today? I stopped at Kroger and picked up some cheese and turkey and a load of bread as well as a squeezie of mayo. Hooray, that's lunch for the next few days!Super easy to negotiate the store, find what I wanted and ring it up at the self checkout. And I earned a few Fuel Points that maybe I'll use down the road.[Review 20558 overall - 96 in Indiana - 1539 of 2023.]

The person in charge of pharmacy was super rude today (10/10/23). She was a minute to closing time, technically still open, and she couldn’t give me my dad’s pain medicine for his cancer. I truly hope that minute made a difference in your life, and I hope you never have to feel the frustration to try to get on time from work to pick up medicine for something that will make pain go away. There are times I had to wait in line because you had customers, and never complained, but today she refused to help me as I was a minute away from her closing time.

Overpriced.Always a long wait.Poor customer service (they’re always in a bad mood).Very inconvenient compared to mail order. My prescription here is $15 for 30 days, vs $4 for 90 days on Amazon. Finally writing a review because today I was in line at 12:50p with one car ahead & none behind, I pulled up to the window at 12:57p & they said (rudely) that they were closed for lunch 1p-1:30p & then the lady pulled the “closed” curtain on me refusing to talk further. Ridiculous & rude.

I have been getting prescriptions at Kroger for years. They always take care of things professionally. I love that they call when prescription is ready.

Sometimes I have received good service. Often they have been judgemental. More than once I have picked up my prescription and left humiliated. I understand being short staffed and supply issues. Being humiliated is beyond this senior citizens understanding.

I always go to Kroger. I have children and I am pregnant. It helps me to save money with coupons from their app and cashback and also they mail personalized coupons which I love based on my previous purchases. Its really good to save so much. I have some locations I prefer because honestly some of them just dont have all I need to buy. I only go to liberty drive for gas.... the rest is a mess... Today I am 31 weeks pregnant, I got a digital giftcard and helped myself get there after taking my kids to school. Guess what? THEY DONT TAKE DIGITAL GIFTCARD FOR GAS. That was really funny... I mean I could go to Walmart or Sams... but I had to go to kroger. Called customer service and I was pretty much criticized for being a couponer and lecture about giftcard system never taken digital for gas... well I have seen with my eyes someone put the numbers and passcode and it worked before... So I thanked the guy for his education or maybe in nowadays language "misinformation" lol thanksWill not scream and protest outside kroger for thism its just disappointing... I have a screenshot of the terms for this cards for you to see here. Just search on the photos ...Thank you people.

The customer service in this pharmacy is the worse. They have no problem being rude and violating HIPPA laws.

Went in to pick up my medication and they told me I was early that I had just received them 5 days prior somewhere else. I then called somewhere else and it turns out they were reading the dates wrong instead of 4-10 it was 3-19 it was resolved but was annoyed it happened in the first place

Poor phone communication with the customer, the person answering thephone interruptEd me and hung up. When I was in Kroger and asked a pharmacist to help me to find an over-the-counter medicine, she bluntly refused. Often basic over-the-counter medications are not available. Kroger even does not care to improve. They need some real competition.
