Have had consistently good service at Kinser Pike site. Staff has been professional and helpful, whether I was getting a vaccination or a prescription filled. Always takes the time to answer questions and prescriptions are ready when they say they will be.

The lady that apparently puts the orders in (blonde with a messed up nose) is always rude I’m pregnant and never leave without crying because of how she treats us customers if she hates her life and her job so bad she should go to therapy and get a new job aside from that mess they always say my daughter prescriptions can’t be ordered and if someone finally tell me they ordered them somehow the prescriptions are never ready my daughter has to go months before getting her refill absolutely horrible costumer service always dread getting our prescriptions cause I know I’ll be getting treated worse than a dog if that lady is there and leave feeling like crap every time …somethings got to be done I seen her treating the little old lady in front of me the same way..aside from the rude attitude I asked the dr to see what’s going on and the lady with the messed up nose working for the pharmacy told them my insurance doesn't cover the medication anymore..I knew it wasn’t true and asked the dr to send it to cvs and it was ready the next day plus insurance paid it in full

Poor communication and curt staff. I’ve been waiting on a medication for my child for a month, and after speaking with a pharmacist they say none is available to order. It would’ve been nice to know this information weeks ago to look into alternatives. Looking into alternatives like CVS, Walmart and WB.

I honestly really like this kroger. it's nice and clean and in order. i've seen gnarly produce ag other stores and this one has never had that problem. the staff is helpful and nice. there was a worker there named Vivien who was especially nice and helpful today around checkout.

My favorite Kroger to go to in town... Friendly employees & easy to find what you need

I have only had a rude cashier a couple of times they need to leave their attitudes out side of that door, once you walk in to do your job you should smile and be kind to your customers because you are not the only Kroger in Bloomington and my neighbor's shop at the west side Kroger for just that reason nicer cashier's and that store always has great stock on everything. It's seems Kinzer Pike is highly priced also especially on their clearance items such as outside items they drop maybe a dollar not much of clearance there is a Kroger at 75th & Graham Rd in Castleton which is North side Indianapolis but they have the best clearance prices on their really expensive items, I miss that Kroger so much. But I shop Kinser Pike plus use their Pharmacy and will continue although it is out of my way but I've always used Kroger for my prescriptions and will continue.

Horrible experience every time I’ve tried to use this pharmacy

I have changed pharmacies in Bloomington seven times. This pharmacy has been the only one to consistently fill my prescriptions as needed. There are no long weights or delays and the communication from all employees is amazing.

Literally should just close this place down. They never.have.anything EVER. Just wtf this space is way too small to be a grocery store.

Pharmacy has been consistently going down hill since COVID-19 started. It's always a mess, they never have medications ready when they say they will, and if you go there and say the website says it should be ready, they quip back in defense even if you aren't trying to be offensive. Very unprofessional. They are also the most unhelpful they can be over the phone. Do not use them as your pharmacy, choose a different Kroger.

Bought ground round in the tube and was extremely fatty and had green things in the meat. You have lost my business

Bought a gift card from here that wouldn't work. Called and told the manager of the problem and he said "come on in with receipt and we'll get it figured out." Get there 15 min later and that manager is nowhere to be found. Talked to three different people who didn't care one bit that I had just wasted 500$ on a useless piece of plastic they sold me. Left very angry. Still trying to figure it out

Great store! Easy to get in and out of. Pharmacy is the best of all the stores. I've also used the clicklist service at three of the Kroger stores, and this is my favorite. Yes, it doesn't have the variety of products like some of the bigger Krogers, but the ease of getting in and out more than makes up for it.

This Kroger is the smallest one in town. It has the least amount of stuff (compared to the other Krogers). And it's always packed with IU students; meaning they need to keep more items in stock for everyone.
