All associates were very helpful but the new self checkout system is horrible and makes absolutely no sense for this kind of store. very frustrating to get home and realize the things i purchased have hidden security tags, which did not even beep as i exited the store. i will have to return to get them removed, and i am sure i am not the only person who didn’t realize items could have multiple security tags at the self checkout. A lazy cost cutting measure, bring back human contact!

3 out of 4 of the things I found did not have my size in stock. They were the current main display or Kohl's staples. So, they had not been there so long to be depleted. I'm a M/8 or L/10 depending. AKA nothing special. No one was in site to help me find things.
Then, I brought two items to check out in hopes of asking questions there or maybe ordering my size. However, it's all self check out now. I was the only person at check out and no one at all was at customer service but I could not catch the attention of the two ladies who were there chatting either. I might as well just stay home and shop online. Giving 2 stars because the kind young lady in the make up area was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Totally picked over, not clear on merchandise pricing re. Customer Appreciation etc. most was way overpriced, no sales Associates on the floor to answer questions or help! Very disappointing , came ready to buy shoes and pants, walked out with nothing?

It pains me to write this review as I do love this store but this experience has changed my opinion. I took my daughter to get some summer clothes and we got some perfume which the people working that evening had wonderful customer service very friendly but I was charged for the perfume 3 times when I only got one of them and I've tried contacting the store and spoke with a manager I believe her name was Penny, and she told me she would look into it and give me a call back and I also provided all the info she needed. I waited for about a week because I know retail is a busy life and I didn't hear anything so I called the next week and spoke with Penny again and she told me someone from security was supposed to look into it and call me, and I told her I haven't received any calls and she took all the info again and said she would mention it to him again and if he didn't have the time she would look into it and call me personally, well this transaction happened in April and I've called at least once a week and my money still hasn't been refunded and still haven't received a call back. It's very frustrating to know when someone says they are going to do something and they don't do it. So I believe now I'm out of like $40-45 for perfume that I didn't get and that's upsetting knowing how awful the economy is currently. So thanks Kohl's for not reaching back out to me to get this resolved.

I forgot how much I love Kohl's cash on clearance items! I found a full-size set of microfiber sheets for $13.99, with 20% off my entire purchase and $5 off Kohl's cash. The sheets were a little over $8! They are a bargain hunter's dream! The staff is awesome, always kind and helpful. The only issue I observed was that a lady stopped ringing up the customer she was currently helping to help her coworker with something that could have waited a couple of minutes. It was great to see them be willing to work as a team and help each other. However, I know the customer I was waiting behind was a bit irritated by this, due to her time constraints. I'm pretty chill about life it didn't bother me, but I can understand the other customer's frustration.

I’d give the. More stars if there loss prevention ppl didn’t treat everyone as If they were stealing I can never shop comfortably without a man with dreds following me like super obviously it really makes me mad

Store in midst of reorganizing. Some areas were empty. The store was clean. I was impressed with the self checkout technology. The associate was very helpful in guiding me through the process.

Kohls it great! The little old lady at he register on 3-17-24 was just a doll! I didn't catch her name, but the world could use more people Lin that!
