This used to be my go to cleaner in Bloomington, but they recently sold and the new owners promptly ruined 4 shirts. Not sure what kind of process/machinery they are using, but afraid your items may not come back the same way you dropped them off. Will miss being able to use this location!

I had my doubts about this place looking at the reviews, but other than the longer wait time I don't have much to complain about. When calling over the phone, the shirt price was accurate but the two-piece suit price was not. However, since the total was pretty cheat, I didn't mind too much at all.

I usually go to Spring Dry Cleaning, but the location of this place (so close to campus!) was tempting. Oops. The teenagers at the counter looked irritated that I even showed up and interrupted them. I explained I wanted a stain treated and she said "well we're all out of the spot markers, but everything usually comes out in the cleaning so whatever."Picked up the garment a week later and not only was the stain not out, it was much larger and worse. I pointed it out and the teenagers said oh well, nothing we can do about it and its our policy not to offer refunds. Great. Not an adult in sight.You just ruined my $300 pants that I love and I will never be back to this place. I understand that mistakes happen, but absolutely zero effort to make it right.

This place is great, they do a very steady business. All the bad reviews are very old and definitely just "one offs", which obviously will happen occasionally. I've never had any problems with this place and it's always busy, so most people must feel the same.

I went there two times over the span of two years, and both times they ruined at least one of my articles of clothing, first a dress shirt with new stains that never came out, then a suit pant with cuts along the top layer of fabric on the left leg, and no offer to fix it or even get a refund.

NEVER USE THEIR LEATHER SERVICE! my gucci has a white spot in it that i hope would be able to be fixed by being repainted but NO! OWNER ACTUALLY SALIVA-ED MY BAG AND USED HER NAIL TO SCRATCH IT OFF MY BAG, which not only SCRATCH the BAG but also DOES NOT DO ANYTHING TO REMOVE THE STAIN! WORST! SERVICE! EVER

Firstly, Tina is super helpful, professional & has excellent customer service skills overall. She definitely deserves a raise & promotion. It’s always such an easy & pleasant transaction whenever she works. Secondly, they’ve cleaned numerous of my high quality collectible (and expensive) 20-30yr old jerseys with no problem. Go to ANY other cleaners but this one.I should have read the reviews first because this place has shady practices.They wait until they have your clothes and then come up with reasons why they have to charge you 20$ more.even after calling ahead for a price quote,bringing them in AND pre paying.as a customer,what more should I have to do? They failed to take responsibility of their price quoting screw up and unclear text messages to somehow flip the situation to where it's MY fault somehow. maybe they should either train their employees better or make up their minds on what they charge as well as informing you on all of their cleaning woes AHEAD of time before they quote a price and take your money.the owner argued with me on the phone tooth and nail,in front of a few customers.the girl at the desk was very rude and told me,they wont be cleaning my shirts again.i told her to get outta my head.
