Pretty bad experience, unfortunately. My contractor and decided to go with Indiana Door & Hardware because we're trying to support local business for a business remodel here in town. Ordered a commercial exterior door, and they gave us the wrong size frame. No big deal- they were responsive and even agreed to meet us to get us the right frame over the weekend. Unfortunately, they gave us the wrong frame again. After the weekend we finally got the right frame (third try!), but this time it was missing a critical part so that we were unable to complete the installation or lock the door, forcing us to rig something up just to lock the door for the night. This entire debacle set us back 1.5 days, and cost me hundreds of extra dollars in labor. When asked to cut us a break or give us a partial refund to make up for the hassle and added expense due to their failure - we were simply told "no" and simply offered 50% off of a service call, even though my contractor already took care of 90% of the installation himself. Based on this experience they don't seem to know their own products very well, have poor attention to detail, and were unwilling to make things right (nice folks though). This is too bad, since I've got a really big project on the horizon requiring half a dozen doors. I'm afraid they've lost my business for good unless they're willing to try to make it up to me. I'll let you know if they do!
