I never thought I would say that I had a good car buying experience. Glenn and Shawna are decent, honest people. Glenn listened to us and found the right car for us. He made sure it was in great condition before we drove it away. It was missing some upgrades we had hoped for and there was nothing in writing saying that they would take care of those. But even after the sale, and even though it took considerable time, effort, and money to make the vehicle just right for us, Shawna made it happen. They have an excellent reputation and loyal, repeat customers for good reason.

I've actually purchased 2 vehicles from them.
1st purchase was for my wife, a Ford Explorer. Beautiful Car, Glenn, one of the owners, noticed it had a chip in the windshield after finding it for us and replaced it.
Purchased it during the fall and come spring AC wasn't working perfectly. Glenn took care of us and wouldn't accept payment.
Fast forward to my F250 Lariat Super Duty I purchased. Let me tell you, I work 2 full time jobs and don't have time to shop for a vehicle.
I spoke with Shawna, told her what I was looking for and they found the perfect truck. Thier mechanic went through my truck, making sure everything checked out then had my truck detailed before picking it up.
Here is what makes this shop unique, if they don't have it on the lot, they will find what you are looking for. Get it for you, have a mechanic check it out and fix anything that is found wrong, and detail it.
You can drive away with your new vehicle having confidence that this vehicle has been checked out and the best part, you're going to pay less than you will at other lots.
Anytime I'm in the market for a vehicle, they are my first stop and end up being my last stop since they can usually get me what I'm looking for.

I was able to buy my dream car here. They helped with everything from buying my car that had a loan on it still to helping get the payments every month into something I could afford. I may not spell it right, but Shawna was very nice during the entire exchange and helped with any questions I had.

Indiana Auto: Glenn and Shawna both have been nothing short of phenomenal! I was in a really tough spot with my vehicle having a blown motor. They made the ability to get me into an amazing car that was much nicer and newer so easy! I would recommend them for any and all car buying needs! A truly rare gem that is hard to find these days with an honest car dealer!

Most pain-free car buying experience ever! Glenn and Shawna were great! I liked the way they worked for my best interests, arranging for new tires and even filling the car with gas before I left. Old-fashioned service means a lot. Not only is this now my favorite used car dealer, but I will encourage everyone I know to come here when they want to get the best deal available.

More than accommodating. Great communication. If they don't have it, they'll find it. And, when it comes to searching for the right vehicle, Glen was extremely informative! He was not pushy, neglectful or manipulative. Out of ALL the dealerships in Bloomington, this will always be my first stop when I need a car!

Anyone looking for a more than fantastic car for a super great price should stop bye and see and these great folks...this is my second purchase from ...my first a 2014 altima 57000 miles 10.5 my recent purchase yesterday was a 2016 Hyundai Tucson turbo with all the bells and whistles I'm so happy if you think it's a hassle buying car think again these folks make it painless ...thxbfor the full tank and car wash too!
