Very poor experience overall. Staff seemed nice enough at first. Dropped 3 shirts off to get screen print over them. This was done on Tuesday. I had a tight turn around as I was leaving for business that Friday night. This was known well in advance. Got a call Thursday night that the shirts were done and two of them were ruined and that they were sorry about it. However, this isn't the worst part. I was told that I could pick them up the next day during business hours. Friday rolls around and I stop by the shop twice (10:30ish AM & 3:30ish PM) No one to be found. Called 5 times to try and pick up my two ruined shirts and one good shirt. I could see my shirts within the door, but no one was to be found and no one answering the phone while the door was locked. I then had to leave for the event I needed the shirts for, which the staff were aware of. I then receive a call at 7pm Friday! Saying when can I come by and pick up my shirts. I understand accidents happening on the press but the extremely poor service I got Friday really ruined me recommending this place to anyone in the area. I then had to buy two new shirts and rush ship them. The staff and company answers have been basically "Thats unfortunate, we can ship them though and sorry we ruined them!"In short; stay away and use someone else in town that may treat you better and at least have some sort of compensation for missing timelines and ruining product that they said would work fine, as well as a business that will actually be in shop or answer their phones during operational hours.

Definitely an interesting place to hold a live music show. Everything is up close and personal, as you stand inches away from the performing bands. Amenities are sparse, but the location gives many options if you need something before or after the performances.

At the risk of directing too much business their way, so they won't be able to turn around my projects quite as fast, lol. These folks are easy to work with, produce a quality product at a fair price, and do it pretty quickly. I'll be using them for my printing projects in the future.

I love the work that Jarod does. The quality he puts out for the prices he charges is insane. He doesn't just have fair prices, he has incredible prices. Quick turnaround times and is super easy to work with. Like, you should have a clear vision for what you want before asking anyone to print anything, but if there are some area's you haven't thought of Jarod or Jehrmey are super quick to respond and get you taken care of. I can't recommend them enough. TL:DR Quick turnaround times. Great prices. Awesome crew!
