Their lumbar section is decent, I just wish when I had a big order to load that I could get some help sometimes. However you can't always get everything you want.”

I’ve worked as a professional mechanic and have many tool truck tools in my tool chest so I really had to get over my tool truck snobbery to buy here. I’ve seen new guys buy these because they’re cheap, and I’ve seen a lot of broken tools but harbor freight does honor their warranties and their stores are everywhere. I have an expensive Matco flex head ratchet that I can’t get fixed because I can’t find a Matco truck to do it. So I bought a replacement at HF at 1/4 the price that’s almost as good. I still prefer my Matco but I can’t use it so what good is it. Buy the better quality lifetime warranty Harbor Freight tools, save significant money and get over your tool truck fetish that’s costing you money. You won’t have to wait a month for your tool truck guy if it breaks, they’re open everyday. You’ll find, more and more professional mechanics are cautiously buying the better quality Harbor Freight tools. Carefully though, the cheaper tools without warranties are for consumers not professionals. Really watch out for the cheaper electric tools, any hard use at all and they burn up.”
“Great store. Has everything I can imagine for home repairs, garden work, chickens-ducks-turkeys-rabbits. Three things caught my attention. Wonderful free, fresh popped popcorn by the front door and ginormous bags of the same for sale, the wide selections on live baby chicks, ducks and turkeys (With many varieties priced at only $1 per chick,) and the competent people who worked in sporting goods. It was the first time we had no problems getting out-of-state hunting/fishing licenses this year.”
“Ace Hardware is a woman owned business and is LGBTQ friendly. The best news is that they are giving away a children’s book at the check out counter which encourages building skills in little girls. Why don’t other businesses have children’s books at their check out?! Brilliant!!! 10/23/24”

“For a long time, Lowes was a hassle. Over the past year or so, they've changed remarkably. More staff, better inventory, more selection of things that I need as a homeowner and gardener. Where it was gruesome, people are helpful, there's enough staff, their prices are average to insane-- which is normal these days. I don't mind going there. Kliendorfer's is still the best for hardware-- unbeatable. But for a lot of items in the home improvement and gardening areas, Lowes has become useful. I do not go to Menards. No way. Too much shoddy products in the lumber yard.”
“Technically we are closer to Avon, but the Bloomington Lowe's delivers our online orders. Both times they have been just fantastic. Last time it was just one pallet, but this time it was two, and they were packed well. Great delivery! Saves time, wear on our car and our backs. Can't thank you enough!”
