I had a lovely time at Gold Casters with kind, patient and very helpful staff. Jeremy took the time to listen and ask questions in order to understand my style. He knew immediately what I was looking for when I was unable to provide a physical description. I brought in some dated jewelry that needed repurposed. I could not have been more pleased.

Dropped off a vintage zippo lighter that I bought on consignment for my boyfriend, so I could have them engrave his initials, KNT onto the outer shell. Store employees (1 in particular) were very extremely niceI've included 2 photos I took of some absolutely stunning diamond/gold jewelry they had on display.

They took amazing care of my ring, it was resized and back to me in a week and it’s absolutely as beautiful as it was when I dropped it off, and fit perfectly!. The front desk staff is also super sweet and friendly!

I wanted to purchase a specific type of ring for my wife. It was our 48th wedding anniversary. Goldcasters had just the ring she wanted. The service matched their reputation. Everyone was so polite and professional it made for a very enjoyable process.

I was very pleased with my experience at Gold Casters. I broke the chain on a necklace that is very special to me. After determining that it could not be satisfactorily repaired, I was shown a variety of chains until I found what I wanted. All people I had contact with were friendly, professional and did not pressure me in any way. They just seemed to want me to be happy with my purchase and I am.

We were greeted and felt welcomed from the moment we entered the store. Our sales associate, Hugh Mark, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and very helpful. One of the things we appreciated most was Hugh's main objective wasn't about trying to talk us into buying a ring out of our budget, but he truly wanted what was best for us and our satisfaction/happiness. Our time with Hugh was one of the best experiences in interacting with a salesperson. Great job, Hugh!

Jacob and Skylar were extremely helpful! I went in with a small idea of what I was looking for and was worried about being overwhelmed. Thankfully Jacob was there to help! Jacob not only helped me find the perfect ring but also educated me on various materials. Everyone was super nice and I never felt any pressure. Great staff! Everyone who works at Gold Casters is exceptional, the service is amazing and I cannot say enough about their staff. Skylar was so attentive and friendly on the phone and in person, Jacob provided excellent customer service and recommendations to me, and Paul did an absolutely beautiful job on my watch engraving (and was incredibly kind in the process). I will definitely be back for any other jewelry needs I end up having!

I have had several experiences with Gold Casters from appraisals to custom rings. Service is stellar, everyone is very attentive. Jeremy has assisted me with my 2 custom ring purchases and really listened to what I wanted and helped me with design ideas and showing me styles of rings that helped me find the design I wanted.
