This is my 3rd time purchasing furniture from this place. The last two times were great, and we had zero issues. We have purchased a couch, TV stand, and a queen headboard with dresser set in previous years. We decided to go back this time to get some new furniture since we had a pretty good experience previously. We decided on a new couch, new king size mattress, and a king size headboard. Now this experience has been less than great. We were told it would be 10-14 days for delivery (they did give us free delivery however...I'm assuming due to a larger purchase). 12 days later and I called just to check in since I had not heard from them. They said we were waiting on one piece of furniture. I said great. If you cannot reach me since I work all day, just leave a voicemail. 18 days later we had received no phone call to set up delivery. So, my fiancé called on the 18th day. THEY FORGOT TO CALL AND SETUP OUR DELIVERY. They said they would deliver it Friday. They showed up Friday with our stuff. Mattress and headboard were correct, however couch was the wrong way. We had already called right after we purchased the couch a few weeks ago and comminuted which way we wanted the couch layout to be. So, they took the couch back and promised delivery Saturday 8/19/23 between 10-1pm. It is now past 2pm and no one has showed. We called the place AGAIN. The guy who answered had no answers for us and we need to wait for the person we talked to yesterday. I will update when we receive any news on our couch.UPDATE: We got a call that they made a mistake on delivery today. We did finally get the couch delivered thankfully!We will most likely not be purchasing from this place again unfortunately.

We had an AMAZING experience here! We got everything we needed great quality and price! And Kyle was super helpful! They delivered everything two days after we purchased and set it up quickly and efficiently! 10/10 recommend!

I purchased a coffee table and two end tables here. The tables were sturdy and attractive at a very reasonable price! Kyle was super nice every time. I liked the low pressure environment. I will definitely go back here the next time I need something. Highly recommend!

Prices are good, store is clean and well-organized, it all checks out. Where this store really shines, though, is what's not on paper. My roommate and I went shopping here and he bought his first couch for our apartment, and the customer service we recieved was exceptional. Every single person working is kind and thoughtful and really goes out of their way to help. The delivery was incredible too, the movers even stopped to chat with my friend's grandma! She was taken aback at how kind and professional they were and gives her full recommendation; Furniture Exchange is the best and they care about their customers. Can't recommend any place more

Firstly, I thought the selection was quite limited. Secondly, the individual at the front desk was polite, but not useful. We had to go up and ask questions, he never offred to help. When we ask steel frame couches, he point to a row of couches and said, "there might be one on that group". He then went back to his phone. He did not tell us anything about how we would know which couch was metal framed.
