This CVS has improved from the time I last reviewed it a year ago. At that time, I said it was neither especially good nor especially bad. At present, I am getting prescriptions filled quickly and efficiently.

Weds., 6/5/24, 3:30 pm. I was trying to purchase an item at a self-checkout. The item was on sale, but when I scanned it, the original price came up. I pushed the button for help and the clerk at the register came over. He didn’t know how to handle the situation, but he said he’d get someone who could. He called to his colleague down in the candy aisle for help and she said, unbelievably, “I’ll be there in 5-10 minutes.” I walked over to see what she was doing that was so important… She was sitting on the floor in the aisle stocking candy and talking on her phone. And I overheard enough to be certain it was personal call of no importance. I then asked the guy at the register for the manager. There was none on duty, so I left.
The women, or rather child in a woman’s body, would be fired if I were her manager. Terrible worker!

I visited CVS and Alan and Zach really helped me. I had trouble finding the items needed and Alan showed me right where they were. While checking out Zach helped my with my CVS app that I was having difficulty with. Both were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back to this store!

I don’t blame the people in the pharmacy I blame the system they use. It’s unbelievable how many times my daughter’s medications have been refused to be refilled. I’m told it’s too early, it’s insurance, it’s a state law, or a doctor override. I have the script transferred, and guess what no issues whatsoever getting it filled. I hate going through CVS pharmacy and only do whenever our pharmacy is out of her meds. I wish they understood the stress and the anxiety it causes a parent of a terminally ill child when refused emergency a seizure medication.

I was on hold for 42 minutes trying to speak to a pharmacist listening to their absolutely hideous hold music. Finally someone picks up and as I begin to speak, they immediately hung up.
I am, today, changing where I fill my prescriptions. This is a problem with the corporation as a whole and I'm not about to keep subsidizing thr C Suit's utter incompetence. I feel bad for the people who work at such a poorly organized company.

Staff seems more interested in talking on the phone than helping find products in their store. Looked absolutely pissed I dare walk up and interrupt his person phone call.

Instead of helping you they just wanna look at the computer and say you don't have nothing instead of looking and taking the time and helping you. If you don't like your job and you don't want to deal with people because that is part of your job, you shouldn't be working at cvs Because medicine is very important and when people need it because of their health. That's serious so yeah c v s is very rude!!!!!

Website and phone lines say they are open 24/7. You get to the doors and they have all lights on and staff in the parking lot, but the doors are locked. They really need to fix their stuff.

Answer the PHONE! Maybe I don't want to drive all the way over there for you to tell me my prescription isn't ready or can't be filled. Maybe just answer the phone instead.It's not even 24 hours anymore. It's pathetic.

I had a vaccine appointment at 8pm, which I made online through the CVS app. I received multiple texts from CVS reminding me of this appointment at that time. I got there, and the pharmacy had closed one hour before. No one was available to give me my vaccine. A helpful staff member said that the store had no night manager.Get your act together, CVS. If the slot is not really available, don’t make it available on the website. And above all don’t send me multiple texts about an appointment you don’t intend to keep.
