OMG. What has happened to pharmacy service? I moved my prescriptions here after seemingly poor service at Williams. CVS is actually worse! On top of that, phone calls to the pharmacy will not be answered. Period. Avoid if you actually need your meds in a timely fashion.

Couldn’t find something, asked the people at the pharmacy. They didn’t even want to help at first until I stood there with no one else around for 5 minutes. And older woman with pitch black hair asked me what I wanted and I asked. She didn’t come over to me or make eye contact. Some of the rudest pharmacy staff I’ve ever met.

Beware. No good will come from using this pharmacy.

Absolute worst customer service that we've ever had at a professional establishment. We're a large family with multiple medical needs, and unfortunately require a good amount of prescriptions during an average month. We have been trying to work with them, in spite of their insane level of ineptness, for the past 11 months, because 1. We believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, 2. I'm lazy and didn't want to go through the work of transferring 15-20 prescriptions. I kept hoping that eventually they would get it figured out. I mean, they're a national brand, there must be some sort of national oversight, yes? Month after month we were told, "we're out of that, we have no idea when we will have it, try back next week" (to a NECESSARY prescription that we are then out of before they get it in), "we're backed up and behind 2000 prescriptions, we can't get to that anytime soon", "oh, it looks like it wasn't run through your insurance... (i.e. we messed up and did our job incorrectly, again)... Would you just like to pay the non-insurance price, or come back tomorrow, because we don't have time to run it again today?" Just a small sampling of our experiences. Let's just say that in an average week, we need to pick up 4-5 prescriptions, on a GOOD week for CVS, 2 of them would be ready, and 2-3 there would have been a mistake, or we would have to come back later for another reason. We have decided that it is likely that we will need 3 trips for every one prescription we pick up. Again, not just one bad experience, but a full 11 months. So we're out. Moving to another pharmacy in town and hoping for the best. Or at least a little bit better. If you're new in town or looking for a new pharmacy, take my advice and keep on looking - don't stop here.

My experience at the pharmacy has gotten worse and worse over the years. The people who work here are incredibly rude. My prescriptions are not being auto-refilled, and they do not get prescriptions ready even days after calling. You have to physically go in and wait if you want your prescription. This past incident had to do with my fiance getting medication filled from a work related incident. They did not have the medication in stock, so they said they would order it and it would come in the next day (yesterday). When we went in today, they said one of the medications didn't come in. They offered no explanation, didn't say when it would come in, and after telling them we needed the medication several times they finally contacted other locations if they had the medicine in stock. We had to drive all the way to Spencer to get it, and even then the prescription was filled incorrectly. This is completely unacceptable. They have been consistently rude, unhelpful, and uncaring about filling medication, especially medication that will directly have an impact on my fiance's quality of life. We will be moving pharmacies. Do not come here if you don't want to deal with horrible customer service, forever long wait times, and not recieving your medication.

Auto-refill prescriptions aren't being filled, and verbal promises of timeline for filing prescriptions aren't being honored. While I say and waited for a prescription that I was told would be ready upon arrival, I heard one of the techs joking about how he wasn't worried about getting people's prescriptions filled. This is medicine, not a joke.

Went to pick up prescription for antibiotics for my child then pharmacists told me my prescription was also at another pharmacy and he couldnt fill it because insurance couldnt be billed twice. Then said he could give me 1 days worth so I agreed and he gave me the meds in pill form. I stated my child only takes things by gtube and he said I could crush it. I told him no then said I would call the dr and get another prescription the next day. Not even out of the parking lot and they called said they had looked up the wrong person in the system and that they had my prescription there for me In liquid form. I then take the prescription home and the antibiotics wasnt even mixed with water and was still in powder form. Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever been to.

Got my passport ready photo here. The customer service is excellent, and what I've seen of the prices for goods seems a lot more reasonable than I remember at other CVSs. Will gladly come back.

Fill your scripts anywhere else, they are too slow, lazy, and plain rude at there pharmacy. I called in a refill at noon, came to pick up at 6 and she said it would be another 20mins. This is the second time i filled my script here, the first time I called at noon, and they said it wouldn't be ready till the following night, I thought it was just a busy day.... I'll be switching.

Cvs west 3rd is bias. I was in line and the person before me could only afford one of their scripts and they were allowed to get just one and return in a few days for the other. As I walk up I'm in the same situation, except the color of my skin is different. So I ask if I can only pay for one and they lied to my face and said they called the pharmacist and HE SAID NO, but in all reality they just didn't want me to get one. I had to pay for both in order to get my medicine. I still haven't had my medicine for the last 3 days and my condition is getting worse.

I sat in drive-thur for over 30 mins, and unfortunately was blocked in and not able to get out of line.. there were only 2! Cars in front of me.. when it was finally my turn I asked if people were waiting at the window while the fill scripts, the blonde male rolled his eyes and started to smart off, stating that he was a "Drive-thru N**** and would never allow that.

Nice selection, good layout. Parking lot can be challenging to exit, at some times of day.
