My grandmas funeral is tomorrow morning and I showed up here with only 75 min until closing! She wasn't happy but still honored her 1 hr dry clean service anyway! A service that seemed impossible and trust me, she wasn't happy about it but took care of it anyway. Bravo!!!

Don’t waste your time going in. I had an ink stain on my pants pocket. I took them in & they told me they wouldn’t work on it. Go to the cleaners on 17th street. I took my pants there and they were professional & removed the stain no problem.

Sunny did a beautiful job on my daughter’s wedding dress. We had an outdoor wedding and after a downpour there were several muddy areas to contend with. So, of course a very dirty wedding dress. Despite the dirty bottom 15 inches of the dress and all the beading and sparkles the dress is absolutely perfect! And Sunny is a pleasure to work with.

They lock the doors early and if it closes behind you and your the only one there, you're locked out. Scary! Attendant leaves hours before it closes, which looking at my previous statement, tells you something about how the business puts itself above customer safety.

Visited Bloomington a few weeks ago for a dressy event on a Saturday evening. That morning, I brought in a wrinkled dress (with an unknown stain from the packaging) and a wrinkled light jacket for cleaning and steaming, and Crosstown Cleaners had them in great shape by that afternoon! I recommend them for their prompt and friendly service.

The seamstress work is detailed, caring & impeccable. My mom had made a crewel embroidery rocking chair seat many years ago that needed re-making with a new cushion, velvet fabric bottom. It is an odd shape & size. In memory of my mom, I wanted to preserve it & the seamstress re-made it beautifully & had extra velvet fabric & made a pillow cover with a zipper to match. Above & beyond service! Highly recommend! I have also had dry cleaning here & it is perfect pressing! They are the best in Bloomington!!!!Service: Alterations
