Went for estimate on repair.
Did not request the work due to needing 2 estimates.
They ordered parts same day without job approval.
Next door collision center was 10 year friends from church. Cross Paint and Body gave them a difficult time due to losing business.
Damage was from deer hit and Honda odyssey.
Spoiled brats.

My husband dealt with Tim in the front office and said he was very nice guy….We just weren’t happy with the work!
We waited a few months to get our vehicle in and worked on and it took them 4 weeks to work on it.
We needed 2 doors replaced due to an accident where someone hit us on the passenger side. We also asked them to do a repaint on a different area where the paint was fading.
When we got our vehicle back… the rubber door seals on both doors were just hanging around the door, they put one of the doors on with the interior light trapped on the inside of the door. The rubber window trim was chipped out and torn around the door and on the windows, an Exterior panel was loose and about to fall off. Other than not being wrecked… these replacement doors were in worse shape than our original doors!! They also put our hood back on crooked after repainting it.
We called them to fix these items and they did fix the light inside the door, the rubber door seals, the exterior panel that was about to fall off and straightened the hood. They said there was nothing they could do about the ripped and chunked out window and door trim.
They ruined the rubber window trim when they were working on transferring the window.
I still find it unacceptable between them and our insurance company that we did not have equal or better doors as replacement. Our original doors were NOT in this poor of condition.
I wish we would have went with another shop. 2 stars because Tim was nice.

I will never take my car to Cross Paint & Body Shop.
I had to take my vehicle there for an estimate after a hit and run.
First of all, the office staff fluidly used foul language in spite of having customers in the office.
Next, I dealt with Matt Dewey. He was not super warm and fuzzy, but I can deal with that if he had been professional. However, he proceeded to speak condescending to me like I had no idea what ceramic coating we had or where we had it done. I proved him wrong on that one, and he still talked down to me.
On top of that, he took it further, still using foul language, to tell me what a scam ceramic coating is, how it is water soluble, how people charge way too much for simply spraying a cloth and wiping their car down, and on and on.
Very, very poor customer service.
Regardless of my being a female or him not approving of ceramic coating, there is a level of professionalism that should always be maintained. Matt Dewey was disrespectful and should never have provided such a lack of customer service. I would never recommend their company. They may turn out good work, but their front-end experience is simply awful.

Would’ve given 0 stars if I was an option. Let me ground this review in reality by stating I was initially impressed by the level of customer service upon my first visit. They were highly recommended, and Matt was very helpful during my initial meeting with him. Through no fault of his own, it all went downhill from there.I first waited four weeks (first availability for them) for my appointment to drop off my car based on my initial positive experience. They even called me to bump up my appointment 2 weeks ahead of the initially scheduled appointment. On the day of my appointment, they stated they had no record of that and asked if I would be willing to wait until August 2023, due to their then-current availability, to have my car fixed by them. I don’t care how how good of service they provide, that is completely unacceptable.Since that unfortunate experience, my car has already been fixed and has been been looking great for well over a month now after having taken it to Tony Kinser’s a few miles away. They’re far and away more professional than my unfortunate experience w/ Cross Paint and their work is/was outstanding. Go there instead.

Very thorough appraisal on dage finding things normal eye would overlook. Very nice guy, very clean business. And had insurance filed and approved within hours. Not a five star due to not having work done yet, after work I'm sure it will be a 5 star rating. They seem to do business great and care about what they are doing.

They are a honest company. They estimated 2 hours to do our work. It only took them 1 hour and they told me that they would install the new fog light for me at no dxtra charge. My worst fear was there was more damage under the car and I was ready for a $200 charge and was so happy that it was only $60.I highly recommend this company to do repairs to your car
