“These reviews are old and from a former credit union called Member's Choice. Indiana Members Credit Union is exceptional. I opened an account with them in 2015, at the Carmel branch off of 96th and the experience was fantastic. I am in Bloomington now, and I use the Elletsville branch and absolutely love all of the staff. The women are eager to help, will go above and beyond, and always make me feel like I am part of the family. Please ignore the previous reviews. I don't know why on earth Member's Choice reviews are stuck on the new branch. It's a shame because anyone looking for a new bank who sees them is going to miss out on a great credit union.”

“I was extremely nervous about wiring the money to a local title company for my new home. I have heard many stories about cyber theft and did not want to be a victim. Kat Lewis, CCU, Bloomington branch, was the teller who walked me through the entire process. She was very kind and understanding. She went through each step thoroughly. I also want to commend Marissa (sorry, didn’t get her last name) for her assistance and compassion. All went smoothly, the closing on Monday was successful, and I am now in my new place. The Bloomington branch is very attentive to their customers, which makes for satisfying banking experiences. (I also stopped in 2 days after my closing for a window transaction, and both Kat and Marissa greeted me, asked how things went, and seemed genuinely happy that all had gone well for me. Beautiful people!)”
“I made a mistake on my withdraw amount, I wrote down the number in bills i wanted . How ever it was not the same in the bills, it was my fault because I told them how I wanted it in bills. When I got home I realized my mistake and called customer service and what happen and the branch: while I was on the phone with customer service the branch called and had caught my mistake. Thanks your tellers are so great to me, this is not the first time I have done this, but our great tellers always find my mistakes. Thank you”

“This is a pretty decent place to bank. If you do have a lot of money they have some decent interest if you're too lazy to invest elsewhere. If you're poor, like I once was they have pretty good services where you can speak with someone at the service area and ask that you disable basically every fee possible like overdrafting and stuff like that. Regardless of how much money I have or haven't had with this bank, I have at all times (hundreds of times) felt respected. I'm going to use this bank until I have over 250,000 or whatever the federally insured limit is. They have consistently put in the effort and deserve a 5.”
