It was a good experience. The car looks like new, it was finished the time they said and everyone was helpful.

Terrible customer service, not organized. Got a call from the service shop saying car was done. When I came to pick it up they said there was a part they needed to finish the job that was on recall...........bullshit Ford dealership.

I had a Ford focus that apparently had water in the transmission when I bought it a year later I took it to Ford service and had them look at it cause it wasn't running but it drove fine the day before and Ford service had it for a week I called them and they needed to see me so I went down there and the service manager said I had water in the transmission and that's the reason it wasn't running. I looked at the service manager and said why would I drive thru deep water with a car that low to the ground and he said I don't know but it's not covered under warranty and I was ticked off so I suggest any one who has a transmission problem don't take it to Ford service

I took my 2017 F150 in to have the "works" done,(oil change, tire rotation, fluid check, etc.) and after picking up the truck I noticed my mpg dropped approx. 5 mpg from when I brought it in. They also said they couldn't do the tire rotation as the lug nuts needed to be replaced (24 of them) supposedly out of round or some such foolishness as that. Something I have never heard of in my 71 years on this planet! Now a couple of weeks later, with limited mileage since service, steering is sticking like a low fluid situation in the power steering pump. Funny that there is no leak around engine, no oil stain on ground where truck is parked, and if pump was low on fluid, it's part of the "works" service to check it and fill it. I am 71 years old and have done mechanical work on vehicles and airplanes and know mechanical systems very well. At this point in my life I always use the dealer to service my vehicle as I am very particular to keep it maintained.I paid $35,000. for this truck in 2017 and wanted it to be serviced by Ford to maintain it. I would never return to this company and am very sorry I didn't look at their reviews here on Yelp. I would never have used them. Now I have to somehow get my truck straightened out as I have to drive 1000 miles back to Florida. These people can't be trusted and would advise anyone to not deal with them, as many have stated previously. Funny also how their company website shows five star reviews for all the work and sales they performed. Must of been employees writing reviews to show how "great" they are.Don't go there!!! I wanted to add that I just looked up servicing the power steering pump on my vehicle and learned that it is controlled electronically by a motor instead of hydraulic as in the past. When truck was in for service I opted to have coolant system flushed and cooling fluid replaced. My thoughts are now that the technician must have gotten the old fluid (anti freeze coolant) sprayed around the engine causing issues I now have. It just doesn't make sense that a simple oil change and coolant flush would change the performance of the engine so much. I would absolutely never go there again.

I got the works done on my car and the service was great, but the cost was not. My fiancé had gone in last week and they charged him $55. My car needed a synthetic oil (which I didn't know) and they didn't tell me until after it was already done. It ended up being $85 which was a surprise. The service was good, but I will be going somewhere else in he future.

Horrible service and dishonesty.Bought a car with a warranty. The dealership said it was too expensive to fix. They take it back and give me another car and tell me I have no other options. That car has a bad transmission (manufacturing recall). I tell them for a year that the transmission is having problems before they look at it and repeatedly have been told I don't know how the car handles -- it had to be repaired. More recalls. Many trips. Today I go in. This is a small efficiency car. They offer me a passenger van as my only option as a courtesy vehicle. I've never driven anything like this. Complaint given to management as I've pre arranged this weeks in advance. Then I'm told I'm not eligible for a courtesy vehicle at all. I've been told my car will only need two days. Now they don't know. I upgraded the SYNC phone system in August and was told it would be $100. I got charged $300 and no, I wasn't asked first. The recalls never end. I'm constantly in the dealership and despite pains taken to arrange things in advance it never goes smoothly and I do not appreciate getting hit on by one of the employees -- every single time I come into contact with him.
