Local branches close unexpectedly with no reason stated and No reopen date. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Switching to a local bank.

I am an international student, the staff was completely unprofessional and didn’t even help me open a simple checking account. I walked straight into old national bank right across the road and got the opposite treatment.

I have banked at Chase since 1966. I have been pleased with their service. They have been accommodating and have taken care of my banking needs. There have been a few disappointments, but I have overlooked my aggravations. On Tuesday, however, the manager Julie Mann was completely unreasonable. My husband was refused access to the restroom, even as it was evident that he was very ill. Her answer to my repeated pleas was, “He can go up to CVS.” Very calloused attitude!

I opened my account at this location about 3 years ago and I am very happy with Chase. I had an issue the other day with charges being made on my debit card after I canceled it and I was charged a few insufficient funds fees for not having enough money in my checking account to cover the charges. I worked with Trevor D. and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I was able to get the charges and the fees refunded and figure out how to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. The staff are always super friendly and always willing to help out. I would highly recommend Chase!

This past 3 weeks has been a melt down for many of us with IRAs or 401Ks. The CoVid19 reminds me of hurricane preparations when I lived in Florida, but it seems to never end and I know it will go on for several more month or even years as we work through this WW3 scenario. That being said, I acknowledge my concerns with Chase may not be that of most. Over the years I've enjoyed being a "Private Client" and having the so called privilege that this class of bank customer theoretically has. I'm sure this elevated service level for those with required deposits works under normal circumstances. As markets crash and you discover your financial advisor is "out of office" one grows concerned. As you call the "800 number for the privileged" and realize your real status, concern grows further. When email message attempts go unanswered you realize you are really on your own, like everyone else. Caution... don't be sucked in by any financial or investment institution that implies they will be there for you if you just lay down the right amount of cash. We're ALL on our own to make the right financial decisions on our own. Educate yourself!!! Paying a financial advisor with JPMorgan or any other institution at 1.35% of your balance annually will not buy you advise or protection that your own educated brain can't provide. Be cautious and make sure you understand the exit strategy your "financial advisor" has for you in time of crisis (if you can even reach them.) Chances are there is no exit plan and really NO advisement!

I love this branch of Chase Bank! Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to greet customers and serve them in a timely manner. I am very impressed with the service here- would not bank to conduct my banking business elsewhere.

Worst bank ever... Fees fees fees and more fees they can't even keep track of your money very well either so don't depend on them for nothing...

Not a bad location. Better than the downtown location. You do not have to pay for parking.

Arnold Asphalt Here. I have been to many banks to do my "business banking," and I have to admit, hands down, Chase Bank By Far Is Theeeee Best Banking Experience I have Ever Had. There are many banks out there that want to make money on your money by holding onto your deposits, waiting for them to clear. If you do a deposit, sometimes it takes days for the funds to clear the house. Not with CHASE. They are on their game! My checks clear this bank within one business day. ALWAYS, Also... Most banks have a deposit cut off time of like 5 pm. NOT CHASE, theirs is 11 pm! Cant beat that all day long with a stick. Chase bank is by far the best banking for business out there, and once you stumble into it, you will be glad you did. I have a free check cashing machine in my home, and my deposits go through the very next day, you just can't beat their customer service and their reliable treatment of customers that are in business. I have had other banks that always treat people that do deposits like a criminal when you have to wait for days for a check to post. I could go on and on and on about how reliable their service has been for a business like mine. The reason I wrote this review was that I was looking for the link on a different browser to log into my account. I noticed some poor remarks, and I just had to chime in with the truth. The bottom line is, if you bounce checks, if you do illegal things, if you can't manage your money then you don't deserve to be banking with a bank anyway. However, if you are good with your money and you are in business, and you are looking for an excellent company that is nationwide with a mentality to help your business succeed then just don't look any further. They are unique. John Arnold ~ Bloomington, Indiana
