Terrible service, I am a Chase customer, I took my money to change it to dollars, I did not take my debit card, but I opened my application and I gave them my account number, I gave them an ID that is not valid for them. Man, all I wanted was to change my $100, I wasn't there to ask for money.?♀️I think I'll change banks

This savings bank is very user-friendly and has employees who can speak Chinese, which is good news for Chinese people who do not understand English. Mr. Lin, who speaks Chinese, not only has strong business ability and high efficiency, but also has a good service attitude. I highly recommend it to Everyone

Poor customer service. I specified to the man that I have not received my replacement debit card, and said I needed it to an address that was not my billing address. He was especially rude when I asked him if he got the right address knowing it was mistake to make, but he was super condescending and acting like I didn't know how all this worked or something like that. Three weeks later no card at the address I specified or at my billing address, but a 5 dollar charge on my account.

I have no issues with Chase Bank as a financial institution. However, this branch is terrible. They literally have 1 teller! I waited for 25 minutes and the line of 7 people and growing moved ahead 2!!! I had to get back to work so I could not wait any longer to make a deposit. It's nuts!!!

My impression of chase is they basically want to grab you by the neck, and say "give me your money and shut up". There are so few benefits to banking here, I don't even know why people use Chase. I think they're just unaware of how a good bank treats people. IUCU is better in almost every way.

Yesterday I met with a private client banker because my parents are private client and we wanted to add them to my personal account. Before this, they spoke with their own private client banker who told them I would just have to go in and say I wanted to add my mother to my account, simple as that. Unfortunately it was not that simple and my experience with the banker I saw was terrible. She was acting extremely vague and frankly, being really strange. She told me that my parents had to open an account and add all of us on that (which they had already done). She then told me it didn’t seem like everyone that was supposed to be on the account was (we all are, there are 4 people in my family and four people on that account). She acted like it the fact there were two people with the same name on the account was weird (my brother is named after my father). During the meeting, I asked if I could call my mom so we could all talk. She told me no, because we were not able to to discuss my parents accounts over the phone, to which I emphasized this is about my personal account. She still denied my request, saying she doesn’t want to get my mother involved. This was extremely confusing and strange. She was treating me as if I were lying about the situation and told me my parents would have to go to the bank with me in person (they live in Texas) because it’s not as simple as just going to the bank and adding someone to an account (even though that is literally what my parents did when they added me to their account). I can’t help but think the color of my skin influenced this entire interaction. I will definitely not be returning to this Chase location and will return to the original Chase location I have been visiting for years, even though it is out of the way since I moved last year.
