“I never thought I would say that I had a good car buying experience. Glenn and Shawna are decent, honest people. Glenn listened to us and found the right car for us. He made sure it was in great condition before we drove it away. It was missing some upgrades we had hoped for and there was nothing in writing saying that they would take care of those. But even after the sale, and even though it took considerable time, effort, and money to make the vehicle just right for us, Shawna made it happen. They have an excellent reputation and loyal, repeat customers for good reason.”

“Public transit in Bloomington is very helpful and pretty easy to use. The only downsides are that sometimes the bus is late and I may be missing appointments because of that. The bus drivers also most of the time are incredibly nice. The inside of the transit center is very clean from what I can tell and they have a lot of really good snacks in the vending machine. Also, the people at the front desk in the inside of the Transit center are always really helpful.”

“Phenomenal service! Highly recommend these guys. Quick and Efficient. Move in and move out season may cause a customers vehicle to be blocked overnight. This is not the fault of the guys inside. I am standing inside and there's a sign beside the desk that informs customers to park at their own risk. I could see how that would be annoying but these guys have ALWAYS treated me exceptionally well. Thanks guys!”
“Had a really smooth experience here recently, and have never had a problem with them in the past either renting both cars as well as trucks for moving. At my most recent experience renting a car, the staff was really helpful. They were busy but communicative and the check in was really easy. I brought my car back early because my car that was being worked was done sooner than expected, and the staff member went the extra mile to check and make sure I wouldn't be charged extra for bringing it back early (which I had not even considered). I really appreciated that.”
