“The price was great for a new windshield and included travel to me for installation. I was quickly scheduled and the installation was fast. However, my two dislikes are not being told a specific time of arrival at time of schedule (just sometimes during a certain day) and shards of glass were left on my dashboard and air vents.”

Even with my inquiries, James efficiently replaced the windshield, demonstrating his skill and pride in working for Safelite.
