I don't know if they're in charge of/create the price of the tow bill or if it's the company that towed my car to Autoplex but it's insanely, ridiculously high. However the guys there are solid and I personally think they're not out to take every penny you have, they care and want to help you resolve the situation.”

“What took me so long? I kept putting off replacing the windshield on my 2007 Motorhome. Finally, this past Sunday, I dedicated some time to search for a glass installer who could come to my house for the job. After scheduling an appointment for the following day and answering a few simple questions, Safelite reached out to confirm the details. On Monday, the Glass Technician, James, called around noon to let me know he'd arrive in 30 minutes. True to his word, he showed up on time, and we met in the driveway. Despite my initial hesitation to distract him with questions about the process, James encouraged me to ask, ensuring me he'd still do an excellent job. Our conversation turned to our military backgrounds - mine in the Army, his in the Marines - and we bonded over shared experiences. Even with my inquiries, James efficiently replaced the windshield, demonstrating his skill and pride in working for Safelite.

“i am a very new driver and while parking, my bumper went over the curb and pulled off i as reversed. i called these minton and they were able to see me within the hour. they quoted me for a new bumper but when i couldn’t justify buying a whole new bumper, they bonded everything on so that i could keep my old bumper. they were incredible and transparent about how anything may appear and walked me through the process step by step. the customer service was absolutely incredible. if you are ever in a fender bender i recommend going to minton first.”
