Zima is doing really well after starting the arthritis injections. She jumped from a dresser to my bed last night instead of using her stairs. It has been many years since she has tried to jump.

Every morning I wake up for work, Marley runs to the door for daycare. We try to go 2 times a week, it does WONDERS for her. When we pull into the parking lot she whines and barks out of excitement! It's super important for me to socialize her at her young age, we've been going to daycare since she was around 12 weeks. When I pick her up she is WORE out! The staff is amazing with updating you if anything pops up or just to reassure you that your dog is having a blast at daycare. The vet side is also amazing! They walk you through everything, and will call after appointments to make sure your fur baby is doing well. Dont know what we would do without Bloomingpaws! I will say- if the packages for daycare saved a little bit more money I would be buying them very often if that doesn't tell how great the staff/resort is here! Thanks for all you do & taking care of my girl, Bloomingpaws! ❤️ ?

I will start with the good. I've been using them for Vet for some time. 5 Stars for the Vet side. They are nice and helpful.But neg.stars for the rest... I didn't realize how bad their reputation had gotten.My friend worked there, and quit because she couldn't stand it.Apparently the owners son likes to kick the dogs. I don't use the DayCare, so I don't have to worry about that. But the owner needs to fire their kids... Nepotism is going to ruin this place.

BloomingPaws has consistently been the grooming facility that takes the most time with my dog and I am always super happy with the results!

Our pups LOVE this place. Staff is great at deciphering their physical needs (meds) and play assessment. We appreciate that we can board both together.

We’ve always enjoyed Bloomington paws. We use the veterinarian and their spa for our two pups. It’s always been a good experience. The one and only complaint I have is how long it takes to get in with them. The waitlist is several months long. Which is not helpful when you’re dealing with animals that have health issues. That’s why I gave it a four out of five.

Went in to inquire about making an 8 day reservation at the spa and the girl in the lobby wouldn’t even speak to me. Why would I give you my money if you can’t even answer some simple questions for me? Service is horrible! I live in the apartments next door and I will tell all my neighbors to never use them!!! Worst service ever!!!Check their yelp page! Completely honest reviews!

Horrible experience. I live in the apartments next door. I went in to ask normal questions about accommodations and get details for an 8 day reservation for 2 dogs. I've done it countless times. The receptionist kicks me out and says all the information is on the site. Like what are you hiding? You can't even give me 2 mins? Why do you expect me to give you money for such bad service? If you treat me like this, how would you treat me dogs! I'm making sure all my neighbors next to this place know how horrible they are and to never use them. I've never experienced this level of bad service and avoidant behavior. Seriously wtf are they hiding that they can't even speak to a customer in their own lobby. Crazy! I'll never use them and make sure everyone I know in Bloomington never uses them as well!

The Staff takes ownership in the care of your pet and treats your pet as if it is their own. You can see and feel the love. The Staff provides an outstanding customer experience. I fully endorse BloomingPaws and I am so thankful for them.
