Went in to look at a truck, had the cash to buy it out right but really needed to work on our credit so we wanted to put down enough to make easy monthly payments. Blands was rude, uncooperative, looked at us stupid. They lost an easy sale! No worries on us... Got a truck somewhere else ?

I work a pretty busy schedule 8-5, and dont have a lot of time to call or meet up during the week. I filled an online ticket Sunday, then sent a message through the website yesterday. Still waiting for a reply. I just want to schedule an appointment. Not sure why no one is getting back to me

Jason at the Southside location made purchasing my new vehicle absolutely seamless! He made sure the whole process was smooth and I understood everything. As a first time car buyer, I felt heard and any questions I had he was willing to answer. He also recognized my grandmother as a returning customer and a car that she has purchased almost 9 years ago. I can not recommend Bland’s Auto enough! Highly Recommend.I spent almost 2 months looking for a Ford F250 with the 6.2 gas engine. I found the truck I wanted on there website, I sent them a email that I was interested in the truck and guess what. I got a phone call the next morning from Will checking to see what info I needed on the truck and if I wanted to come see it. I explained to him some of the horror stories of trying to buy a truck in this market and he was all to familiar with them. I told him I really liked this truck and wanted to put a credit app in for it. We did the credit app with no nonsense, he called back told the truck was mine and when could I pick it up. When I got to the dealership it was very clean, Will was dressed very professional and he was very polite. He let us take the truck for a drive as made sure it was what we wanted and already had the paper work ready. We signed paper in just a short amount of time, it could have been done faster but we were able to sit and talk like old friends with zero pressure on us. And best of all, when he gave us the sales contract it had the exact same numbers on it that we discussed. No surprises and no extra fees. This is how buying a vehicle should go. We were very happy with our purchase and the service We will definitely be back in the future.Thank you Will for a great customer experience.

Bought an 07 Dodge Ram…3 days after I bought it the check engine light came on right at putting 45 miles on it. Took it to the shop and it has a cylinder 3 misfire… Currently waiting for them to replace spark plugs and coils. Called Blands the day it happened and basically told me I was out of luck cause I bought it as is. Although, it was suggested I take it to their mechanic..yeah right. So another 1000$ later I’ll have a vehicle to drive. All in all…make sure you test drive the vehicle at least 45 miles before buying. After the check engine light is reset it takes 45 miles before it’ll kick back on. I also asked if there had been an oil change and I got “we don’t service our used vehicles.” I hope nobody else gets taken advantage of. Inflation is so high as it is. People don’t have the money after buying a vehicle out right to pay for repairs. This vehicle all together has cost a little over 16k after buying it and repairs. It’s been less than a week! Stop lying to your customers and taking advantage of people..the world is hard enough. Way to go for customer service and business!
