I had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. I took the tire off and took it to a nearby tire service, although their website said they were open until five, they closed at noon. I also checked with three more shops. They were either closed or no help. My last hope was Belle Tire and they came through. They fixed my tire while I waited, took it out to my car a loaded it in the trunk and when it came time to settle up, they said, No Charge. I will be buying my tires there in the future.

Validated an irreparable tire warranty, and supportive at the front desk in customer service at my request to check tire for proper torque.

Had to have a flat tire replaced and Blake was super helpful and knowledgeable and Jason was able to save me a little money! They were extremely busy but so professional and courteous!

Problems they claim to have “fixed” never last, always have to have them “re-fix” the same things every couple months.

I was worried I was going to get the service writer, Blake, fired for helping me out so much on the price matches and all the discounts and rebates that I found. I was very very happy with the service I received and the communication that I received while I was waiting for all of my products to arrive. I am very happy and I will be coming back shortly to get more tires for my partners vehicle. If I could give 10 stars I would!

came into belle in a rough situation with my vehicle. I had a couple lug nuts pop out. they were very fair in their assessment of the situation and accommodating in squeezing me in. I will be back.

Stopped here to get air in my tires. The guy I talked with was very nice when I asked if I could get someone to put air in my tires.

I had new struts put on both sides of the front of my wife's van at the Belle Tire in Bloomington, IN on Liberty Drive. While driving the front passenger side started shaking and I heard metal hit the road and the van started limping down the road. The van was hard to control but we got it to a safe place. We got the van jacked up and found that a bolt was missing out of the bottom bracket of the strut and the bolt in the top bracket was barely hanging on. Also, the three bolts at the top strut that holds the strut to the van, one had came lose. This could have caused a bad accident, but luckily we were the only car on the road at the time. I had to have a tow truck to come get the van and after calling the store my understanding was they would take care of it. When we got there the Assistant Manager said that I would have to pay for the tow truck and they would reimburse me. I asked if I can get it in writing and he said no he would not give it to me in writing. I asked what assurance would I have that he would reimburse me and he couldn't answer.
