After 3 trips to the store to add a sim card the last time being after he "accidentally deleted some stuff" and then his answer was "We ate trained to be salesmen not technical wr don't get training " absolutely absurd.

I left a better review about a month ago, but I have since run into several issues. They have somehow lost the phone that I traded in, and att refuses to add the credit without the phone showing up in their system. And they gave me a pair of AirPods that they claimed were free with the phone that I got, that I am now paying full price for because att is saying that they have no knowledge of that promotion. So they have scammed us out of nearly $1000. We have tried to contact them to correct the issue and the manager refuses to get back with us. I tried to go in and talk to them in person today and the store was closed during business hours with no sign to explain.

So let’s start with the good. As others have said, since the change in management the store is clean, they greet you as soon as you come in the door, and the new manager is an outstanding young man!But there’s always a downside. I’m not sure if the employees don’t receive enough training when they’re hired or what, but the lack of knowledge of one employee in particular cost me over $500! I went in and the employee, Eric I believe was his name, told me that my broken watch was not covered by my insurance policy. So of course he sold me a new watch at full price. Come to find out, the policy covered up to 4 devices on my account, including my watch. Me being disappointed that the watch was supposedly not covered decided to cancel the policy because if nothing is covered then what am I paying for? Upon returning to the store, I happen to show up when the regional manager is in. He basically told me he was sorry but oh well, your loss. Well, where I work, if one of my employees makes a huge mistake like this and costs my client a large sum of money, I make it right! Even if it’s at the expense of the company I manage. It’s a reflection on me and a reflection on the company as a whole! Because of this, and regardless of how clean the store is or how much I like the new store manager, I can’t in good faith continue to do business here and I don’t recommend others to do business here either.I should note that I ended up visiting the store on Jacob Drive to return my trade in phone and get some screen protectors which was an awesome experience. While I was there I shared my story with the store manager who did not seem surprised and agreed that they both should have and could have done more to resolve the issue.

Under new management! Finally! So happy with the store changes that have been made! It’s cleaner, it’s smells better. And the manager and employees are beyond helpful and have all the answers for what we needed. 10/10 highly recommend to everyone who needs new phones, accessories, or better service. These guys are GREAT!

Upon my second visit trying to cancel service for a mobile hotspot, I was greeted by the most non-social employee. He wouldn't even get up off of his stool and provided no information on how to cancel my service, service I've had for years. "Sorry, nothing I can do" he smugly said before diving back into his social feeds. Another employee sat there staring. After a 2 hour phone attempt I was denied because I didn't have a five-digit pin I've never created. I have spent cumulatively 10 plus hours trying to cancel my service with AT&t and am still unsuccessful. AT&t customer service is the worst in the industry. I had no choice but to use them.

Went to this store to trade in a Samsung Galaxy S21 for an iPhone 14 which is part of the AT&T everyone can get the new iPhone promotion from all of the current commercials and on their website. Greg said you can only trade in iPhones for iPhones, the AT&T website was wrong and so was the commercials. I showed Greg that the website literally has this phone model listed as a trade in option and that we could do it all online ourselves but wanted the phone today. Greg still continued to stick to his belief that the website and all of the AT&T commercials were incorrect, then said it was his job to "train" us customers on how trade-ins work. We left, went to the Bloomington westside AT&T store in Whitehall Crossing and walked out in 20 minutes with a new iPhone 14 from the Samsung trade in, just like the promotion says. Save your time and avoid this AT&T store, staff are very poorly trained.
