Sales people were great. Answered all our questions and we got a great deal on a new bed. There was some damage to the headboard when we got home. I took it back the next morning. The staff was really nice and helped me get the new one loaded. They gave me partial money back for my trouble, that was unexpected and really nice.
I will recommend the business and will be a returning customer

Came in hoping for a new rug, visited a few stores prior and had found 0 success but Julie helped me find a new rug almost immediately. Her and Becky both made checkout quick, friendly, and easy, 10/10 :)

We had looked around and finally landed on a couch we really liked here. Purchase was easy and Julie was VERY helpful. I would highly recommend. We even did the protection plan because it was very reasonable!

I bought furniture from American Freight in Bloomington on Friday October 18, 2024. I had it delivered, but was on call for surgery at the hospital so I couldn’t be home however, my family was. Since I ordered online, I didn’t see it in person and everyone ended up not liking it. I called the store and Julie told me it was OKAY to return it on October 26, 2024 when I was no longer on call because I had called her and explained the situation.
I called her today to verify this was still okay and she informs me there is a 3 DAY RETURN POLICY and that she can’t help me. She was rude and disrespectful and not ONE TIME did she mention this policy when we spoke on the 19th. Now I have furniture my family hates that I can’t return. I wouldn’t take furniture from here if they gave it to me for free.

It took a few trips into the store and having to make multiple decision changes in order to get a full living room set (4 trips, sigh..) and I still don't have all of the set but atleast it is in the warehouse and paid for with my name on it. Huge shout out to Julie and Jesse for being so helpful and patient with my frustrations!

Devonte greeted us at the Bloomington store as soon as we walked in, asked what we were looking for and let us look for a bit. After about 15 minutes of trying to decide what we liked he came and actually sat with us. We talked for about 30 minutes for exactly what we wanted how the protection plan worked and if what we were interested in would withstand our large dog. He was absouletly wonderful. I could not decide on what color I wanted found out my wife is a gamer and they had a conversation about games while i tried even more couches! He was so nice, best customer service from the moment we walked in till we left. He made sure we were 100% happy with our desicion before we left. A great experience all the way around.
