Moved contents of a one BR apt into Henderson/All american storage…following a wildly destructive storm that swept through Bloomington and caused widespread power outages, including this part of Bloomington. Why 5 stars? Sam! He made sure we could get in even when power was out, showed up after hours, brought flashlights so we could get our move done on a tight schedule. Super nice and helpful…could not have done it without his help! Units are clean and well maintained.

The facility was very clean and secure. There were plenty of Carts and dollies to use for our move in and move out. The service was awesome. I was able to access the facilities after office hours without any issues. When I had questions, I received very fast email responses.

I needed an affordable, close, smallish, climate controlled storage space to house some family antique furniture until we had a spot for it. We ended up renting from American for over seven years. (Yeah… I’ll get right on moving those heavy things…) My rent remained constant for six of those years, with a tiny increase last year. The people have been helpful, friendly, professional, and competent at each and every interaction. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the interior is secure. My unit is in a building that opens on to a shared parking lot, but they also have units in a gated area. Nice local people. Reasonably priced units. I’ve been very happy with them.

We really enjoyed working with All American Storage. We had the pleasure of storing some pianos and some other instruments in a couple of their units and never had any problems. In fact the security on the door as well as the temperature control made us know we were safe. We also got to work with Josh who was always willing to take time out of his busy day to answer questions or to chat about the arts! He has a lot of ver interesting perspectives and experiences that are worth your time if you ever se him there! I couldn’t recommend working with All- American more- 5 stars all around.

Sam went above and beyond to help us out and get us hooked up with a unit when we were desperate and in need. really great guy. big thanks to Sam for being flexible and super helpful. also that Josh is a real cutie, always love chatting with him.

Best storage company in town! The building and units are clean and secure, the layout of the place is very accessible and makes for easy moving, and Josh is super helpful and professional!

Great experience thus far. Megan, Our customer service agent does a great job at ensuring we are notified of any changes being made. Megan, is always seeking out new ways to ensure that our customer needs are met. She strives to implement good changes for the company. I would recommend this storage company to anyone.

I rented a storage unit at the Pak Mail All American Storage facility in July 2020 as I was temporarily downsizing in my living space. They are all owned by the same owner, so i wanted to apply this review to all Bloomington locations. Up until this month, I last went to my storage unit on February 2, 2021 to return my snowboard to the unit. Upon arriving at my unit in mid August, I found that my lock had been changed and my key did not work. I contacted the staff who came down and used bolt cutters to cut the new lock off. I found that several items in my unit were missing with a value of around $800-$1000. I did file a police report and I understand I did not sign up for insurance when I signed my contract. However, I did pay my rent on time every month and spent a total of over $1500 to rent the unit over the last year. The company was unwilling to reimburse me anything for not keeping my items safe in their secured facility. They claim this has never happened before but I find that extremely hard to believe that my one smaller unit would be the only one targeted. I do not recommend using this company, and if you are already using this facility and have not been to your unit lately, I would highly recommend you check and make sure something like this has not happened to you. All I got out of using the facility was a loss of almost $2500 and some very important personal belongings.

This place is located next to one of the most infested drug areas that I have ever seen in my life, I am highly surprised at the Bloomington Police department does not put a substation here

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and business practices. I went to their office to rent a unit. I was shown one with a large entry way, about 8 feet wide. I came back a few days later, on 1 May 12019, and paid for the unit, which including the lock and insurance, came up to $204.00. I was then taken to my unit by Ms Peterson so that I could see the unit, learn the entry procedures and place the lock on the door. When I got to the unit, it was not like the one I was shown days earlier. It had a door about 2.5 to 3 feet wide, much smaller that I required. I explained that this wouldn't work for my needs and asked that I be given a unit like the one I was shown. She said that she would check and get back to me. the following day I received an email saying that they didn't have any other unit available. I went back the following day and requested a refund and they refused, saying that I had already paid for the unit and there was no refund possible. I pressed my case saying not only didn't get a unit like the one I was shown, but I was never told about their no refund policy. The gentleman who I was speaking to, Mr Singleton, began to get loud and was quite rude, continuing to state that there was no refunds allowed, and as long as he had been working there, he had never seen where the company had ever given anyone a refund. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused to put me in contact, saying that he would take my number and if she wanted to call me she would. 5 days later I have still not received a call from the manager. I will never do business with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
