I have been renting units from the East location since 2021 for both personal and business storage and have been more than pleased. They have units of all sizes and the website is up to date with their inventory so you can reserve them online, which is so convenient. I've had multiple units over the past few years while I moved, worked on remodeling projects and stored items for my business.The manager of the location, Meagan, has always been so helpful with my questions. You can tell that she cares for the property as if it were her own and has great recommendations when I needed help deciding what would work best for my needs.The gated system for after hours entry is one of my favorite features. I can trust that my items are safe and secure after business hours, but can access them as needed with my personalized access code.Overall, a great value and wonderful staff and systems in place. Highly recommend!

The online app process was easy, the staff were so helpful at move-in, and my unit was clean and super easy to access. My unit also had high ceilings, adding to the available space. You also can't beat the location. The move-out process was even easier, and the customer service is top notch! I'll definitely be back when I need storage in the future.

I’ve used this storage company 4 times the customer service is outstanding. They have always been super helpful in finding the right storage unit for whatever I need to put in storage.
