I'll post a more detailed review as I try more if Thier product but as a first impression: lighthouse is as excellent old-fashioned butcher shop with a tremendous selection of stuff you can't buy elsewhere. The in-house bacon and blueberry sausages were delicious.

I went in and placed a pick up order for a whole bunch of fresh deli sandwiches that I needed the next day. The staff was very friendly and ready to help me get everything I needed! Would recommend!

I've now had beef and pork processed here. Top knotch service from unloading, to skilled, knowledgeable butchering, to the impressive packaging. They were also able to age my beef for my requested 30 days!I've probably been to 15 or 20 butcher shops and this is hands down, number one!
