Contacted Avas flowers online to get an order for a funeral for me and my boss and neither arrangements were delivered. We were not notified until the day after the funeral that they weren't delivered. I called to ask why and their excuse was that their delivery driver didn't show up. Then why did they wait until the day after the funeral to notify us of the problem. This was very unprofessional. I know avas flowers is part of Floyd's flowers now and I will not ever do business with those places again. They do not care about people's feelings. Very unprofessional and lazy.

My husband has been bringing me the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen for the last 7 years. This florist is absolutely amazing...and I have never set foot in this place.
