I have had water with this company for 4 1/2 years with no issues until last week 9/2/2024 and they shut my water off withour any disconnect notice no phone. So I paid my bill and on Friday they came and took the meter. The lady is very rude and just loves taking any money possible. I would Never recommend this company.

Twice my water has been shut off with a bill less than just 60$ which added a 50$ shut off fee. Money hungry company with a rude secretary.

Been a customer for ten years. Amazingly fast service. Whenever I have called with a problem they thank ME! This past week they were out within 15 minutes. One time when I had a leak in my crawl space an employee actually came to my house to tell my usage was really high!
