The Bloomfield, IN CVS pharmacy often has no pharmacist and is closed. My mother's prescriptions were on automatic fill but we never got a call and I got no answer when I tried to call. So I called the doctor's office and had the prescriptions transferred to Kroger's. I would NOT recommend CVS to anyone

They do fill your prescriptions eventually it only takes a few days, but their hours get shorter and shorter, even on here it says 9am but they actually do not open until 10am.

My experiences here have always been great until recently. I'd heard rumblings from friends and now I've experirenced it myself.First issue was back in June when a physician called in two prescriptions. They filled one and I waited a few days then went to pick it up. They still had not filled the second even though all they had to do was slap a label on a bottle of prescription shampoo. It took them less than five minutes to fill that prescription while I waited.Latest issue has driven me away. Waited 10 days, and ran out of a prescription even though I called and was told they would expedite it. I finally called a nearby CVS after missing three daily doses of my med and they had my prescription ready in less than 20 minutes. Oh, and they don't bother answering their phone either.I've been told by one of their pharmacy techs that this pharmacy routinely runs 7-10 days backlog.For my two prescriptions that are for chronic conditions I'm going with my insurers mail order pharmacy.Can't recommend anyone use this pharmacy.The front of the store seems to be fine, still get great help there.

I had a very upsetting experience at the Bloomfield CVS pharmacy with KARRIN the pharmacist...... my daughter and her had a misunderstanding so I stepped in where my daughter stepped out and Karrin insulted me saying that I had done a poor job raising my daughter (54).and proceeded to threaten to call the police on me because I told her she was being disrepectful and I'm 75 years old and never been threatened to have the police called on me. CVS DO BETTER... it's obvious to me that this CVS does not respect their customers . period

Take it from me... Go ANYWHERE but here. This pharmacy has NO RESPECT for their customers..AT ALL ...MARY WILLIAMS YOUR MANAGEMENT has me questioning your abilities. How can you have KARRIN running that pharmacy. She's a disgrace. She needs to be home taking care of herself because she sure isn't taking care of your customers. Beware of this establishment

Worst pharmacy clerk EVER.......Karrin you should be ashamed of yourself. Your treatment of myself today and threatening my 90yr old disabled relatives that you would not be serving them because I came in to get their meds because you wouldn't help them get delivery is nonsense. U have let your power go to your head GESTAPO..FYI She's the pregnant one running the pharmacy. You can't miss her she's the one with the big EGOLord mercy....dispecable

We have used CVS in Bloomfield for a very long time and have always had mostly positive experiences until the last year or so.Constantly out of medications, don’t know when they will get them in, and most notably, the staff they have working there have NO business being in a job where they have to interact with Customers. A couple of them are extremely rude. Tyler was the exception.They also need to remember “we are the customers”. That fact seems to be lost on them.

The actual pharmacy has hung up on me a few times. I called to see if my daughters medicine was ready. They told me within the hour it would be filled. Then just hung up. I've been using them forever and never had a problem with rude and hateful people until now. After this I won't be using them anymore. I'm done

I stood there and wait for 5 minutes to drop off a prescription and got told to go to the pick up area and wait 5 more minutes while 5 employees stood there talking and gossip.

I usually have my prescriptions filled at the Bedford CVS as I work in that area, but decided to have my medications switched to Bloomfield to be closer to home. They are ALWAYS out of the anti-anxiety medication I need. Last time I stopped in to ask about it, they weren’t even sure when they would get some in. As if going through withdraws wasn’t bad enough already!!! I will be switching back to Bedford CVS as they ALWAYS have my medications on hand!!! Bloomfield CVS is unreliable. I don’t recommend using them!!!

This is now the second time that this CVS has taken more the a day to fill a simple prescription that is just putting a box into a bag. When I showed up to pick up the prescription, they made me wait 20 mins when there are 4 works and only 3 people here to pick up perciptions. They give you no updates without you coming even when you sign up for their text alerts. Never come here for a life-threatening medication because you won't receive it in a timely manner.

Our cvs pharmacy is a joke. Really thinking about switching our prescriptions elsewhere. I don't care if I have to drive 30 minutes away to get our prescriptions it'll be better than dealing with bloomfield cvs.They are always out of stock and it's always a toss up if they're going to get it in.And who are they to decide if they are going to fill a prescription or not?!?! They aren't the doctor. If YOUR doctor says that you need a medication then OBVIOUSLY you need said medication!!!!!!JR went down to get his insulin and they wouldn't fill it because our doctor put in a side note stating that he needed to make an appointment with her. She didn't say DO NOT FILL THIS PRESCRIPTION. She was just Trying to pass the word along because she was having troubles getting a hold of JR.
