I recently had the misfortune of dealing with The Funky Monkey, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of their abysmal customer service, failure to fulfill orders as promised, and downright unethical behavior left me utterly disappointed.
First and foremost, their customer service is atrocious. I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, and it was like pulling teeth to get any information. The representatives were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in addressing my concerns. It felt like they viewed customer inquiries as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to provide assistance.
To make matters worse, The Funky Monkey failed to fulfill my order within the promised timeframe. The delay was not only frustrating but also inconvenient, as I had made plans based on the expected delivery date. Their lack of transparency and failure to communicate effectively only exacerbated the issue.
The most disturbing part of my experience with The Funky Monkey, however, was their outright harassment of a customer seeking a refund. I learned that they followed this individual to their workplace, attempting to have them fired simply because they requested a refund. This level of intimidation and unethical behavior is beyond unacceptable. It raises serious questions about the company's values and professionalism.
In light of these experiences, I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of The Funky Monkey. Their disregard for customer satisfaction, inability to meet commitments, and unethical actions towards dissatisfied customers make them a business that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a business that values its customers and conducts itself with integrity.

Funkee Monkee has done an awesome job on items we have received from them. They do a great job at getting things done on time and their work is high quality! I have gotten hats, shirts, jerseys and many more things done by them. They have always been very profession and friendly! I am glad that they are a local business of ours! I will always go back to them when I need an item!

Management has no idea how to run a business. Takes no credit for their failures. Shoddy product as well. I was trying to help out a small business and was sorely disappointed. Avoid at all cost.

I wouldn't even rate them a one star I went to a craft show the first weekend November and bought a t-shirt from the husband he was supposed to send it to me the next week I never did receive it they keep telling me that they have sent it two times and have tracking numbers but they would never give me the tracking numbers now this is the end of December I still have no T-shirt it was a gift for my husband on December 19th she told me she would send me my money back and I would have to sign for it I have never seen seen that either I just wonder how many other people that they took money for from at this craft show I would never do business with these people

It may seem strange, or even a little Funkee, but I love the coffee they sell here. The owners are very friendly and can put your logo on anything. I have had a couple of varieties of their coffee, ground and whole bean, and enjoyed them all.

I don’t think the 1 star person was ever a customer because Funkee Monkee has done a ton of work for my family friends and employer and they always go way above and beyond for everyone. Love this place and their fantastic work!!!
