They have a wide selection of good quality furniture as well as custom-built items. We had a small issue with a livingroom set we purchased and they responded very quickly and professionally to resolve the issue. I strongly encourage anyone looking to buy any type of furniture to visit Bernhaus Furniture!

Fantastic furniture and prices. We bought a whole household full of Amish furniture from them. It was all well made and highest of quality. The prices are a lot lower than most other furniture stores. I highly recommend them.

We have over the years purchased quite a few pieces of furniture however this last piece will be the last piece. We bought a sectional and from the get-go it has been the biggest waste. First, within a week the control for the recliner quit working. They commented they couldnt fix it. I told them just to come pick up the sectional and I would exchange it for 2-double recliners. Instead their decided to put a handheld device on to control the recliner. Then the sectional kept coming apart for lack of a better word. I would literally walk by the sectional several times a day and push on the end and you could hear clicking of the chair reattaching. When I contacted them they said my floor was causing it to shift (I have wood floors) Their solution was to cut up kitchen sponges (I wish I were kidding, sadly I am not) and put under the feet of the sectional. By the way, as you can imagine, this didnt work. I even resorted to putting rugs under the sectional and it still would not stay in place. I told the owner, **** on many occasions that I wanted to return the sectional since it seemed to me to be defective from the get go. Crickets.I would get zero response. My mistake was not taking the furniture and dropping it on their doorstep and demanding an exchange. Last but not least, the material color has faded in places (leather, supposedly) and where my husband rests his head has torn.my husband doesnt sit in the chair 24/7 either but I would certainly expect the material to last longer than a few years. There are many other furniture stores available so I would definitely skip this one!

After having the sectional for about a week, the switch on one of the recliners quit working. After going back & forth they asked if i would let them hook up a control on a cord. I only agreed AFTER they refused to take the recliner back to exchange it. The sectional constantly comes apart….pretty much every time i walk past it, i push on the end and you hear the sectional “click” back into place. However it doesn’t stay. They still wouldn’t exchange it. When i called because it was shifting again, they (Brad & Kevin) came and had cut up pieces of a kitchen sponge to put under the feet of the sectional!!!! Thousands of dollars spent & your fix is kitchen sponges!!!????? This is the worst piece of furniture we have purchased from here and most of our furniture came from here. However this is our last piece. The quality has been awful from the get go. The foot portion of the one recliner catches on the bar and has torn a piece of the leather so now the stuffing is coming out. The customer service is non-existent. I called to speak to Kevin because at least he tries to help and didn’t even get the courtesy of a call back to A. Let me know he doesn’t work there anymore and B. To find out if anyone else could help. They (Brad) are all about the sale but don’t care one bit about the person buying the pieces.

I was quickly greeted. The salesman listened to what I was looking for and showed me what they had available. The store is large and well laid out. You can find whatever you are looking for her at multiple price points. I found some great sofas here and also wonderful and high quality dining room furniture. I would definitely come in if you are looking for a wide selection to view.

They have very unique pieces. The finish on the wooden furniture is perfect and smooth as silk. They have many other gifts and accessories for your home as well. Everything is laid out nicely in their store. I would only say that I do not recommend buying "best" brand furniture which they do sell a few pieces in the store. You do have lots of other options however.
