The second best Walgreens I have shopped at . Joy went above and beyond and put two items back for me & didn't tell me that she was even going above and beyond . A HUGE BIG THANK YOU JOY . YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME PERSON .SincerelyR. Scott. P. S. I finally picked the extra large potty pads . Thanks again Joy . Walgreens Corporate you have a group of AMAZING STAFF you need to consider a raise for them . They are so humble , helpful , and respectful staff , even with the stuff they put up with .

Smart mouth little "manager" on duty Saturday morning October 7, 2023 must be from the ghetto. Very rude, unprofessional and only wanted to argue or be confrontational when meet with Pharmacy closed issues and not doing her job. Lied twice to my face and I called her on it. I realize my issued could not be resolved because it happened but my efforts were for the next person. She told me "why do I care"? Yes why do I care about the next person, the next 3rd person or or the next 300th person. "Why do I care" Obviously she does not care about the customer but only trying to be right when she is wrong. If you know the day before you will not have staff and appointments are made then contact those people and not wait until the travel to the store. But she did not like being told she failed and only wanted to be rude and disrespectful and argue. Corporate has been notified . She needs to find a new work field. Also tried to cover her name tag so she could not be reported.

The pharmacy at this store is the best!!! They are very transparent and can answer any questions on when the prescription will be ready etc.

Horrible pharmacy. Closed on Friday, so I came Saturday at 9:30 when they said they would open at 9 to medicine for pneumonia. After sitting around for an HOUR because the pharmacy was still closed, the staff told us that the pharmacist just wasn’t coming in so the pharmacy was going to be closed. Absolutely unacceptable and just plain cruel to leave people unable to get their medication.

Went on 9/29/22 around 4:00pm so whoever was working around that time that Lady at the walgreens pharmacy was very rude. All she did was talk louder and talked over you. She got frustrated and got a attitude really fast. She went from 0 to 100. The other lady with colored hair is so much nicer she needs a raise. The lady who we spoke too needs to get paid minimum wage.

I have used this pharmacy for a few years and now every time I go to get my medications I can’t because they are always closed! This has got to be the absolute worst pharmacy ever! I will not recommend this place to no one. How can a person get their medications if your always closed?

Shoutout to Angel. Something weird happened with my script and it didn't get processed initially. But she got it through real quick and was super nice. Also, all the techs have been super helpful especially cuz my new insurance has been screwing me over.

Our family has shopped here for 20+ years. I remember going there as a child as my mother faithfully shopped at this location. Even as this business is dying, our family supports this store. This evening, my mother had to use the restroom and an employee named Julie told my 57 year old mother that she could not use the restroom. The bathroom not being available was not the issue, Julie then sarcastically told my mother to grab tissue from one of the aisles and told her “you are welcome to use the restroom on the side of the store.” My mother had to use the restroom outside of the store. When she walked back into the store, Julie patronizing my mother said, “how did it go outside?” She had a sick smirk on her face. I let Julie know that our family had shopped there for years and mistreating people in that way was not okay. Julie then proceeded to rescind her discriminating and cruel behavior, switching quickly to someone who was confused about her behavior and unprofessional tone. We put all of our items down, leaving the store for the last time and that ONE interaction ended a relationship with Beech Grove Walgreens after 20+ years. No one should be treated like an animal or talked like one either. The community supports the very businesses in their neighborhood and treating loyal neighbors in such a disgusting way shows that Julie, an employee working in someone’s community, has no idea of the importance of treating all people with respect and professionalism, ending one loyal relationship at a time with her sickening demeanor and lack of emotional intelligence.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for a while. Lately, the waits have been long, but I understand they’re short staffed so I can deal with that. However I have had multiple extremely negative encounters with a certain pharmacy tech. She’s always incredibly rude..Yesterday I went in to get a refill of Chantix. She told me they were out. When I asked her if we could transfer the prescription to another Walgreens, she got huffy with me and basically told me ‘I told you there isn’t any of this medication available.’ It was incredibly petty and unprofessional. Like she gets enjoyment giving people bad news. A simple explanation that all Chantix is unavailable at this time would have sufficed the first time. this isn’t the first time she has given me attitude. Either way, I do not recommend this pharmacy, the last thing you need when getting your meds is some rude unprofessional tech. I will not be using the pharmacy again. Though to be fair, the rest of the store is good.

Scheduled the covid test. When I arrived the pharmacy was closed. What is the point of scheduling?? The website doesn't let you reschedule to a different branch on the same day. The phones go to a national call center.

I didnt even wanna give a 1 ⭐. I have never been more angry and disappointed in a store then i have in the walgreens BG store. So long story short. On dec 9th i placed an online order for a picture blanket it was to be delivered on dec 22. It never got delivered and was mia. On the 24 it still had not came in. So CS. As a curiosity refunded the money and told me when the product came in i could keep it. I called the store telling them what happen not 1 not 2 but 4 times. They all knew. Plus it was on recorded of the CSR telling me that as well. I didnt care about the money i just wanted what i ordered cause it was extremely special. Anyways. On the 27 at 9:30am it was delivered to the Beech Grove walgreens. I didnt know it was til 10:30pm that evening. Upon calling i was told they couldnt find my package. So i called the next day spoke to Janet and she informed me that she didnt know (which i know she did cause she was there that day but wanted to lie and not deal with it) where it was. That i needed to call melinda the next day and ask her. So at 8am today Dec 29, 2021 i called and Melinda informed me she had shredded my package. Said it was store policy that when a package is scanned in and it says cancelled even though they dont know why they have to discard the product. (Which is a damn lie) that is untrue. Not only did they know me personally and knew i had spoken to CS and they were aware of what i was told and i was told by another shift lead that there not supposed to throw away any product regardless of it being refunded and was told by CSR at walgreens that there not to do that but to hold for 180 days. Melinda heartless did it. When i asked her so you shredded my memories she was cold and non compassionate and heartless said YES I DID. It made me sick. So i called and talked to CSR and moved it up to manager to call me to reorder my product free of charge and resend it back to me. Let hope that goes as planned.BUT PLZ DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIEVERED TO THIS LOCATION AND GOSH FOR BID IT COMES REALLY LATE AND THEY REFUND IT AND LET YOU KEEP IT. THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AND WILL JUST THROW UR PRECIOUS MEMORIES AWAY LIKE TRASH. I HAD BEEN A REG CUSTOMER IN THIS STORE AND ALL THE LADIES KNEW WHO I WAS.BUT THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE A BIT ABOUT ANYONE NOR IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL. HELL THE DANG STORE MANAGER WONT EVEN DEAL WITH THIS. DO YOU THINK THEY CARE ABOUT THE TIME IT TOOK FOR ANYONE TO MAKE THINGS AND THE PRECIOUS MEMORIES IT HOLDS. HELL NO ITS TRASH FOR THEM THEY DONT CARE. BUT ITS WHAT THIS WORLD AND JOB MARKET HAS CAME TO. OH WELL GOD WILL SEEK MY KARMA. SHE WILL UNDERSTAND ONE DAY WHAT SHE DID TO ME.

How about updating your hours correctly…stating the pharmacy is open at 9am on a Sunday when it’s not opened period is an inconvenience…things like that make people continue to go elsewhere
