The young manager that was in there this morning on 4/14/2024 at 9 something am definitely needs to be trained on customer service/satisfaction, discrimination and respect….especially to her elders!! She has the nastiest attitude I’ve seen in that store besides the older male manager with the long hair I’ve seen years!!! Today was my second time going in there trying to get a banner made for my Mothers Heavenly Birthday today…I was told yesterday to come today and a woman that knows much more about it would be able to help me which when I came today it was the TOTAL opposite!!! She was very disrespectful and told me it was common sense to get on the kiosk and do what I wanted which I thought was very rude and disrespectful!!! I told her that she was she was more interested in doing her work in the store than helping a customer in the store which she said it is her job. I found that very rude as well!!! At the moment she wanted me to do what I needed to do on my own when I specifically told her I needed help that’s why I came in here today because they told me to come in and I could get help!!! she told me she would come back and help me but after her being so damn rude to me I didn’t even run her help and she never ever came back over and asked if I needed help!!! She also would not print out my banner because she had an attitude because I told her she needs to humble herself and how rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional she was being!!! She also tried to reverse it and make it seem like I was the problem saying I was being loud and irate, which was a lie. I told her pull the cameras, It’s on the cameras they see who’s being unprofessional!!! I don’t know how she got a manager’s position with her mouth and attitude. She was very unprofessional, all the things she was saying and doing was starting to make me think she was racist at this point!! As a human being and a paying customer that has been coming to this Walgreens for years as well as my family have, there was no way in the world that I deserved to be treated the way I was treated today by a “manager” period, especially on my Mothers Heavenly Birthday!! The fact that Walgreens allows someone to manage their store and work in. It is Ludacris. I would not dare want someone working for my business/company that represents my company like this in any kind of way to ANYBODY!!! I really WISH I could upload the video to shows her true colors!!!!

The second best Walgreens I have shopped at . Joy went above and beyond and put two items back for me & didn't tell me that she was even going above and beyond . A HUGE BIG THANK YOU JOY . YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME PERSON .SincerelyR. Scott. P. S. I finally picked the extra large potty pads . Thanks again Joy . Walgreens Corporate you have a group of AMAZING STAFF you need to consider a raise for them . They are so humble , helpful , and respectful staff , even with the stuff they put up with .

Smart mouth little "manager" on duty Saturday morning October 7, 2023 must be from the ghetto. Very rude, unprofessional and only wanted to argue or be confrontational when meet with Pharmacy closed issues and not doing her job. Lied twice to my face and I called her on it. I realize my issued could not be resolved because it happened but my efforts were for the next person. She told me "why do I care"? Yes why do I care about the next person, the next 3rd person or or the next 300th person. "Why do I care" Obviously she does not care about the customer but only trying to be right when she is wrong. If you know the day before you will not have staff and appointments are made then contact those people and not wait until the travel to the store. But she did not like being told she failed and only wanted to be rude and disrespectful and argue. Corporate has been notified . She needs to find a new work field. Also tried to cover her name tag so she could not be reported.

Horrible pharmacy. Closed on Friday, so I came Saturday at 9:30 when they said they would open at 9 to medicine for pneumonia. After sitting around for an HOUR because the pharmacy was still closed, the staff told us that the pharmacist just wasn’t coming in so the pharmacy was going to be closed. Absolutely unacceptable and just plain cruel to leave people unable to get their medication.

Went on 9/29/22 around 4:00pm so whoever was working around that time that Lady at the walgreens pharmacy was very rude. All she did was talk louder and talked over you. She got frustrated and got a attitude really fast. She went from 0 to 100. The other lady with colored hair is so much nicer she needs a raise. The lady who we spoke too needs to get paid minimum wage.

I have used this pharmacy for a few years and now every time I go to get my medications I can’t because they are always closed! This has got to be the absolute worst pharmacy ever! I will not recommend this place to no one. How can a person get their medications if your always closed?
