The phamrcey staff many that have talked to me is rude almost everytime they get in their head they don’t believe you then they take their discount away and give you a full price I was excepting to pay $25 like I have the last 2 times now they want me to pay over $500 she said if I really needed it then I would pay full price I would never treat someone that way it’s truly sad and unbelivieabpe if I wasn’t in pain 24/7 mam I wouldn’t even need the medinice

Shoutout to Angel. Something weird happened with my script and it didn't get processed initially. But she got it through real quick and was super nice. Also, all the techs have been super helpful especially cuz my new insurance has been screwing me over.

Our family has shopped here for 20+ years. I remember going there as a child as my mother faithfully shopped at this location. Even as this business is dying, our family supports this store. This evening, my mother had to use the restroom and an employee named Julie told my 57 year old mother that she could not use the restroom. The bathroom not being available was not the issue, Julie then sarcastically told my mother to grab tissue from one of the aisles and told her “you are welcome to use the restroom on the side of the store.” My mother had to use the restroom outside of the store. When she walked back into the store, Julie patronizing my mother said, “how did it go outside?” She had a sick smirk on her face. I let Julie know that our family had shopped there for years and mistreating people in that way was not okay. Julie then proceeded to rescind her discriminating and cruel behavior, switching quickly to someone who was confused about her behavior and unprofessional tone. We put all of our items down, leaving the store for the last time and that ONE interaction ended a relationship with Beech Grove Walgreens after 20+ years. No one should be treated like an animal or talked like one either. The community supports the very businesses in their neighborhood and treating loyal neighbors in such a disgusting way shows that Julie, an employee working in someone’s community, has no idea of the importance of treating all people with respect and professionalism, ending one loyal relationship at a time with her sickening demeanor and lack of emotional intelligence.

I've been hammering this store for slow service for some time. Only difference is, I've since started going in as a walk-in shopper, and most of the people there are exceptionally nice. I now like shopping there for various items, but the pharmacy line is always long, the hours the pharm and/or drive-thru are open seem arbitrary, at times, and others have commented on staff shortages. Whatever the case, the solution for a community already backed up in line all the time to get their meds is NOT to reduce availability of the pharmacy ! lol. Anyway I really want to like this store but wow is it hard to get meds because of the lines and slow service.

Ok I've advocated for what a great store this is. They are still great folks but as understaffed as they are now I'm very frustrated. Rx drive-thru closed and one guy manning the register and the COVID vaccine line at 5:30 pm on a Friday. Before the weekend, see? And the line at the regular register was backed up too. Had to leave. I'll try again tomorrow.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. I took a COVID test here and the sample didn’t even get SENT IN until 72 hours AFTER the collection; rendering it completely worthless.The lab that tested my sample finished the test in under 12 hours, (it was negative) but because of this Walgreens pharmacy’s inability to send one tiny little sample over to the lab, I had to cancel and rebook 2 separate flights.DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY IF YOU NEED A COVID TEST - THEY WILL RUIN YOUR PLANS.

Was there today to get some photos printed out.. The two managers were very rude to about every customer the served.. Then got a gentleman trespassed because they opened his medical package and he was upset.. Understandable I would be upset to then the employees thought it was funny that he got trespassed but thats not it.... A elderly Veteran came in and asked for a little bit of help paying a bill on the kiosk the cashier told him to figure it out and wouldn't help him.. I won't be returning to this store.. Do better people!!!

I felt it was important to file a review. I have had excellent pharmacy service here including new prescriptions, transfers, refills and vaccines. My experience with the rest of the store is limited but positive. I see the 2 less favorable reviews are from 5 months ago and 2015 respectively. I say give them a chance. I was really happy that my employer health plan changed back from CVS where, although they were nice, every month I had to explain my medications. The drive thru has been pleasant, efficient and professional.

I was irritated at first, but on second thought I realized that, hey, this Walgreen's isn't exactly in a great area, lots of theft. And they're very cautious about filling prescriptions. I was dropping off my fiance's prescription and they had taken down so much info on me and him I thought I was gonna have the police called on me! But, it's a safety measure. Usually pharmacy's only want that much info if you're picking up a prescription. This one wants everything from the get-go. It delayed my timing on my days events, but I do appreciate the way the pharmacy tech stayed calm after visually observing my discontent. Well played, Ms. Pharmacy Lady. You did good. Sorry, and thank you.

Rude people. Walk into the store everyone in the stares at my husband who is handicapped. When I confronted the person he than wants to fight my husband. I will never go back into this store. Very rude and inconsiderate of people's problems. Physical or not doesn't give the right to people to stare. The people worked did nothing to defuse situation
