I tried to use them for towing my car to midas. I called them around 10 in the morning. They said they would be there around noon and they were running a little behind. 130 rolled around and no one showed so I called them back and told them I was scheduled for 12. They said "no I told you around noon." Keep in mind it is a hour and a half past the time they said. They then said they had someone on the way. I gave it another 15 to 20 minutes to give then the benefit of the doubt and still no one showed up. So I called Ward's towing they were at my house in 15 minutes of calling them. So I called back patterson's and canceled. Such a bad service it should never take that long to go pick up someone's car. Never getting my business again.

Way over priced see8as ive used them for 7 yrs normal charges me 50 buck but wanted 85 to pic up my stolen car from auto return.Found new tow company did it for 65.

Where do I start. management is rude, I’ve waited 5 hours on both occasions that I called for a tow. The owner got upset with me because I kept calling. They are very un professional DO NOT GET YOUR CAR TOWED HERE I really wish I could put negative stars because that’s what they are worth.

Couldn't be happier with the way my mustang turned out ..the car was destroyed mechanically wise and they completely fixed every single problem on the car .. the car wouldn't run at all it was way out of tune and no other shop had a clue what was wrong with it .. I brought it to them and I get it back a few days later running like a brand new car . Sometimes it takes a good reputable shop to get the job done right ! Definitely would recommend them if you want you're car done right and at a great reasonable price.
