“Be the Boutique is just a really happy place - such friendly staff, a beautifully decorated shop and so many unique items! You just can’t beat a well curated, local boutique for a fun shopping experience. I’ve found really cool things for my home like dishes, pillows, wall art, etc. It’s THE BEST place to find a gift, from a small hostess gift to a lovely wedding gift. “What a great boutique on Mass Ave! I stopped in mostly because it was hot out and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection of items. Everything from jewelry, leather bags, glass ware, some house wares and even horoscope perfumes. Items come from everywhere and are high quality. I'm giving serious thought to going back for the bag pictured just need to decide on a color! Definitely worth checking out!!”

“I drove about an hour and a half to this location to shop for bathroom tile a few weeks ago. I spent about an hour on FaceTime with my husband walking around the store, trying to select tile for our home. My phone died before we decided, so I had to run out to my car for 10-15 minutes to charge it. When I went to walk back in to make my purchase, I realized they had just closed at 7pm.The absolute sweetest employee (I wish I had gotten her name) had just clocked out to leave, she stopped me as I was walking back to my car, defeated ready head all the way back home. She told me she had seen me walking throughout the store, she ended up calling the store manager on shift and told him the situation. Not only did they open up their doors and allow me to buy what I needed, the store manager offered and loaded everything in my vehicle for me, a true gentleman.Every single employee I encountered that evening was so nice and professional, I cannot recommend this place enough. I also cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. Truly wonderful and kind hearted!Update: Lisa is the employees name who I spoke with in the parking lot that day :) What an angel.”

They carry an excellent selection of high quality products and have great prices (this was my first visit, but it seems like they have great discounts throughout the season). “I returned A LOT of flowers to the east Washington St Hobby Lobby because my daughter changed her mind and wanted to have real flowers for her wedding. I was very impressed with the cashier, Kira, that helped me. She was very kind and incredibly detailed while she organized the return of over $700 worth of flowers. Hobby Lobby flowers don't have bar codes that can be scanned. Instead the cashier has to enter the prices manually, which seems outdated to me, but Kira handled it with patience and meticulous attention to detail. The shift manager and other cashier on duty were also very kind. I wish I remembered their names. I've shopped at Hobby Lobby for years and have always had good experiences, but never returned anything before.”

“After a very long stressful day, I came into the store about 15 minutes before closing. Doug was very patient and polite as he spent the next hour and a half helping us find our new mattress. Even with it being so long after he should have been able to leave for the night. His customer service was great. The store was very clean and smelled amazing. “While I did not purchase or sell anything here, I did enjoy looking around. Out of the 3 antique shops on this street, this was most active and most modern. There were 3 employees inside, one woman who came in the back with a box of things, and a customer that was inquiring about selling. I feel like the items in this store were less "old" looking. The majority of the booths had anywhere from 20-50% off signs. They do have public restrooms.”
