“This place has been around for nearly 50 years, so I just had to see it! If you're claustrophobic, it might be too difficult for you to visit, but if you love looking at lots of interesting things, this is the place for you! I am a gnome collector, and I found one to add to my collection. There are hundreds! The best part was the food. We weren't in a hurry, so we had time to sit for a while and wait for service. What a surprise! Best food I've had in a long time! And don't forget the cake. Not too sweet, and absolutely delicious! Ask about the cash register. It's an antique twice over. And check out the bathroom. The next table over defined it as "entertaining." ☺️”

“I love Saraga so much. The store is huge and has a massive amount of foods from around the world. In the winter, be prepared that it'll be cold...it just always is like that in cold weather. In the summer, keep your eyes out for a Mexican fruit stand where you can get the freshest fruit with lime juice and chili pepper. It's amazing. Inside, you'll find produce from everywhere and an aisles for every country/region in the world. It's phenomenal. During the weekend and evenings, there'll be a line at checkout, but they usually move pretty quickly. Highly recommend for a lovely hour or two spent wandering and trying interesting new foods!”

“BEST AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD EVER!! Their food is so flavorful and filling. They'll fill your your plate for an affordable price. They'll even do meatless options for those who are vegetarian. My favorite is the chicken taquitos, my brother loves the steak gorditas, and my boyfriend loves the vegetarian tortas/ burritos. Plus, there's a grocery store, in case you need anything.”

“I love ALDI. The prices are considerably lower than other grocery stores for most staple items. The produce is okay but I usually go to a farmers market or larger store like Meijer which has better quality. Some of their meat is okay (ground meat, chicken, and pork) but I have found their beef (especially steaks and expensive cuts of beef) is not as good as Meijer for example but is about the same price.Their specialty items and ALDI finds are awesome! Love the variety!But they never have enough chocolate desserts ?”

“Every time I come into Cleo's bodega and Café, I have a time! Between the customer service, the energy, the culture, the artwork on the walls it's all just amazing! Also, the food is really good, seasoned well in the smoothies are Yum. Yum! The manager D is doing some great things in the community, and I love the live music that comes out on Fridays for lunchtime! This is the perfect place to come and work and listen to some music because if the live music is not happening, they have the radio on and the songs are perfect! “My favorite Saraga is in Castleton because they have so much and I'm biased but I in general love Saraga stores. I don't spend less than 30 minutes in one ever. There are so many things that you can't find anywhere else and some of my favorite comfort foods can only be found there. This one is smaller but there are still some really great things. Remember to bring your reusable garage bag so you can get 3% off!”

“Exceptional shopping experience. Felt like I was shopping in an upscale, designer boutique. PJ, Kevin & Brandiwine are rock stars. Your associates treated me & my mother with so much courtesy. They were so kind, personable & professional. They went above beyond. They helped us search for things that we couldn’t find & suggested alternate, new products. We definitely bought more than we intended but PJ & Kevin made us dig deep into our wallets. PJ showed us some new cleaning products (which we would have never previously considered). Kevin suggested a new mop. I ended up buying a Mr Clean mop bucket that I didn’t think I needed...but Kevin is right I need this thing! At checkout our exceptional experience continued, Brandiwine helped us find bleach cleaner & disinfectants. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated with the utmost courtesy & respect.In a stressed out world, it’s nice to meet kind people. “Since Shelbyville has nothing except Walmart to really shop, we don't mind the drive out of town to shop at a store that has many choices for what we want. It is always clean, and many registers are open so the wait to check out is always quick. The employees are helpful also, ask a question of one of them and if they don't know, they find someone who has your answer. I wish we had one I our town.”

“Amazing! I walked in to just look around and maybe buy a bag of chips….. the first thing I saw was the produce department, which looked so fresh and clean that I had to turn around and grab a cart! I did a little bit of shopping, and I bought some cosmic crisp apples, which were probably the freshest and tastiest apples I’ve ever had! I also noticed a buy one get one free deal on Simply Orange orange juice!! I thought the deal was too good to be true, but it wasn’t and I walked out of there with two handles of simply orange orange juice for seven bucks! Also, they had great customer service and overall very helpful. Definitely going back. Great job guys.”

I trust Kirkland brand items and they’ve never let me down. The employees are all very kind and helpful and the experience is well-worth the price of membership.
